汇编 出版。保密的学位论文在解密后适用本规定。 研究生签名：时间：年月日 I 摘要 面对新世纪经济高速发展，为与新一代发展潮流相适应。仓储管理成为企业的管理中重要一环 节，仓储管理水平的高低对公司的发展水平和经营情况有着密不可分的联系。企业在日常运营中也 逐渐加强对仓储管理的研究，寻求仓储管理与企业战略发展相匹配的方式方法。盛鑫公司便是该大 军中的一员，随着近年来该公司生产工艺水平的提高、产品进一步得到市场的认可，盛鑫公司的仓 储管理也面临着新的挑战，公司管理层高度重视其仓储管理的现状，对自身仓储管理中日益凸显的 问题加以剖析。正确面对公司仓储管理方面出现的系列问题，消除或减少因仓储管理对公司引起的 负面影响。本文通过对相关文献的查阅，结合了目前市场主流仓储管理办法与管理工具的应用，就 盛鑫公司的仓储管理现状及策略进行一定的研究与优化。 本文在对盛鑫公司的仓储管理展开实际调研后发现其仓储管理确有不够完善的地方。具体体现 在：仓储布局不合理——仓库选址不科学、采用货架类型较为随意等问题。人员配置不合理——人 员配置不齐、职能不清分工不明等问题。安全库存设定不合理——机械式的盲目扩大安全库存量、 供应链上下游信息不畅等问题。管理流程不合理——管理流程过于落后、流程执行程度低等问题。 企业资源计划(ERP)系统功能单一——ERP系统缺乏信息共享、与“现在工业互联网”相悖等问题。 呆滞物料较多——忽视对呆滞物料的关注、处理呆滞物料不及时等问题。 针对以上系列问题，提出了具有针对性的优化方案：仓储布局问题——重新规划各大仓储区、 划分八大功能区等。人员配置问题——增加人员编制、明确岗位职责、通过内外培训来加强员工综 合业务能力等。安全库存问题——采用准时制（JIT）采购战略、注重供应链上下游战略合作关系的 建立。ERP系统——增加WMS系统模块，拓展ERP系统功能，辐射其业务范围，完善ERP系统数 据模块实现数据共享。呆滞物料问题——定期查询物料库存状态，关注物品库龄状态，联合各部门 科学合理使用呆滞物料资源等。 通过系列优化方案的实施，盛鑫公司的仓储管理体系更加完善。仓储资源更加合理、仓储周转 效率更高，盛鑫公司面对同行企业更有市场竞争力。盛鑫公司仓储问题有其自身的特殊性，同时在 面对系列仓储管理问题时，采取的各项优化方案对其他企业也具有一定实操指导与借鉴意义。 关键字：仓储管理；优化研究；准时制（JIT）；企业资源计划(ERP) II Abstract Infaceoftherapiddevelopmentofeconomyinthenewcentury,inordertoadapttothedevelopment trendofthenewgeneration.Warehousingmanagementhasbecomeanimportantpartofenterprise management.Thelevelofwarehousingmanagementisinextricablylinkedtothecompany'sdevelopment levelandoperatingconditions.Indailyoperationofenterprises,theyalsograduallystrengthentheresearch onwarehousingmanagement,andseekallmethodstomatchthewarehousingmanagementandthe strategicdevelopmentofenterprises.Shengxincompanyisjustamemberofthisarmy.Withthe improvementofitsproductiontechnologylevelandthefurtherrecognitionofitsproductsbythemarketin recentyears,WarehousingmanagementofShengxincompanyisalsofacingmanynewchallenges.The company'smanagementattachesgreatimportancetothecurrentsituationofitsstoragemanagementand analyzestheincreasinglyprominentproblemsinitsownstoragemanagement.Correctlyfacetheproblems inwarehousingmanagementofthecompany,eliminateorreducethenegativeimpactcausedby warehousingmanagementonthecompany.Basedontheliteraturereview,combinedwiththecurrent marketmainstreamstoragemanagementmethodsandmanagementtools,thispaperstudiesandoptimizes thestoragemanagementstatusandstrategyofShengxincompany. Inthispaper,theactualresearchonthestoragemanagementofShengxincompanyfoundthatits storagemanagementisnotperfect.Specificallyreflectedin:thestoragelayoutisunreasonable,the warehouselocationisnotscientific,theuseofshelftypeismorearbitraryandotherissues.Unreasonable personnelallocation,unevenpersonnelallocation,uncleardivisionoflaborandotherissues.Thesettingof safetystockisunreasonable,suchasthemechanicalblindexpansionofsafetystock,andthelackof upstreamanddownstreaminformationinthesupplychain.Themanagementprocessisunreasonablethe managementprocessistoobackward,andtheimplementationleveloftheprocessislow.Thefunctionof ERPsystemissingle,ERPsystemlacksinformationsharingandcontradictswith"theindustrialInternet". Inresponsetotheaboveseriesofproblems,atargetedoptimizationplanwasproposed:theproblemof storagelayout-re-planningofthemajorstorageareasandthedivisionofeightfunctionalareas.Staffing issues-increasestaffing,clarifyjobresponsibilities,strengtheninternalbusinesscapabilitiesofemployees throughinternalandexternaltraining,etc.Safetystockissues-AdoptingJITprocurementstrategy,focusing ontheestablishmentofupstreamanddownstreamstrategiccooperationrelationshipsinthesupplychain. ERPsystem-addingWMSsystemmodules,expandingERPsystemfunctions,radiatingitsbusinessscope, improvingERPsystemdatamodulestoachievedatasharing.Theproblemofsluggishmaterials-regularly querytheinventorystatusofthematerials,payattentiontotheagestatusoftheitems,andcooperatewith alldepartmentstousethesluggishmaterialsreasonably. Throughtheimplementationofaseriesofoptimizationprograms,Shengxin'swarehousemanagement systemhasbeenimproved.Storageresourcesaremorereasonableandstorageturnoverefficiencyishigher.
