随着互联网信息技术的不断发展，各类企业经营和管理工作已逐渐实现与信息技术
相互融合，并依托信息技术持续推动综合实力的不断进步。财务管理作为企业发展的重
要组成部分，对企业的发展起到了至关重要的推动作用。财务管理信息化将财务管理工
作与信息技术相结合，不仅能有效提高财务管理信息质量和财务管理工作效率，还能推
动财务管理模式的不断创新，对企业发展产生了长远影响。
以和海建设科技集团有限公司作为研究对象，分析该企业目前财务管理信息化建设
现状，包括财务核算、预算管理、资金管理、采购管理、费用报销等方面存在的问题，
这些问题体现在业财融合不足、财务核算体系不一致等方面。在此基础上运用业务流程
重组、信息系统集成等相关理论对财务管理信息化建设进行优化，主要优化措施包括各
项业务工作流程的优化、实现各财务数据和业务数据互通互联等，并围绕优化方案设计
与之相配套的优化保障措施包括制度流程保障、内外协调、人才队伍建设、软硬件优化
等方面保障措施。优化方案的提出将推动该企业财务管理相关工作及配套业务流程不断
改进，提升企业财务管理水平，帮助企业实现资源配置合理化，更好运用财务管理信息
化数据为企业经营决策管理提供帮助，从实质上提高企业的经济效益和综合实力，最终
实现企业的数字化转型。

IAbstract
Abstract
With the Internet information technology continuously developing, the operation and
management of various enterprises have gradually achieved mutual integration with
information technology and rely on information technology to further promote the continuous
progress of comprehensive strength. As an important part of enterprise development, financial
management plays a crucial role in promoting the development of enterprises. The
information technology combines the computerization of financial management with its work,
which can not only effectively improve the information quality and the efficiency of financial
management, but also promote the continuous innovation of it, which has a long-term impact
on the development of enterprises.
Regarding Hehai Construction Technology Group Ltd. as a research object, analyze the
current status of the company;s financial management informationization, including the
problems in financial accounting, budget management, fund management, procurement
management, cost reimbursement, etc. These problems are reflected in the insufficient
integration of industry and finance, inconsistent financial accounting system and so on. On
this basis, we optimize the structure of information technology for financial management by
applying business process reorganization, information systems integration, and other related
theories. The most important optimization measures include optimizing the workflows of
individual companies, linking financial data and business data, etc. It also involves the design
of the optimization plan and the measures to ensure optimization, which include ensuring the
system and process, internal and external coordination, building human resources, and
optimizing software and hardware, etc. The proposed optimization plan will promote the
continuous improvement of enterprise financial management and supporting business
processes, improve the management level of enterprise finance, help the enterprise realize the
rationalization of resource allocation, better utilize the informatized data of financial
management to support decision-making in enterprise operation, greatly improve the
economic efficiency and comprehensive strength of the enterprise, and finally realize the
digital transformation of the enterprise.
