随着云计算、互联网、人工智能及网络大数据等电子信息技术的全面普及
和迅速发展,在经济周期性下行和经济新常态的大背景下,国内银行业的经营
环境变得愈发复杂,金融服务和金融产品的竞争也愈发激烈,商业银行传统的
运营管理模式逐渐不能满足客户对于金融机构高效、安全、优质的服务需求。
而运营管理作为商业银行自身经营发展和发挥金融服务职能过程中最为关键的
影响因素,通过优化运营管理体系必然能够有效的提高商业银行的核心竞争力。
所以面对时代发展和市场环境变化的冲击和挑战,商业银行必须努力提升自身
的运营管理水平,通过完善运营管理模式,逐步实现内部转型发展,同时充分
发挥运营管理职能,使得商业银行在未来的发展中形成在架构组织、人才建设、
业务效率、优质服务和风险控制等各个关键领域独特的优势。
本文以YD农商银行作为研究对象,将精益运营理论和流程再造理论作为理
论指导,同时结合国内外专家学者对商业银行运营管理方面的研究动态和发展
现状,并综合运用案例分析法、文献分析法和实地调查法等研究方法,对YD农
商银行运营管理现状进行了较为详尽的研究分析,得出其运营管理体系中存在
组织架构机制不完善、人员考核激励不足、业务流程效率不高、客户关系管理
水平较低以及风险防控能力不足等方面的问题,并针对上述问题和现状进行研
究分析,最终对应提出了完善组织架构、加强运营人才建设、简洁优化业务流
程、提高客户管理水平、增强风险防控能力等五大方面的可行性建议。以期望
YD农商银行能够进一步完善其运营管理体系、提升其运营管理水平,进而能在
新形式下更好的发挥其金融服务职能。

With the popularization and development of electronic information technologies
such as cloud computing, Internet, artificial intelligence and network big data, under
the background of cyclical economic downturn and the new economic normal, the
business environment of domestic banking industry has become more and more
complex, and the competition of financial products has become more and more
intense, The traditional operation and management mode of commercial banks can
not meet the needs of customers for financial services and financial products. As a
key factor in the development and competition of commercial banks, operation
management is bound to effectively improve the core competitiveness of commercial
banks. Therefore, in the face of the impact and challenges of the development of the
times and changes in the market environment, commercial banks must strive to
improve their operation and management level, gradually realize transformation and
development by optimizing the operation and management mode, and give full play
to the operation and management functions of commercial banks, so as to form
organizational structure, talent construction, business efficiency Unique advantages in
various fields such as high-quality service and risk control.
Taking YD rural commercial bank as the research object, guided by lean
operation theory and process reengineering theory, combined with the research trends
and development status of commercial bank operation and management at home and
abroad, and comprehensively using the methods of literature analysis, investigation
and case analysis, this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of YD rural
commercial bank operation and management, It is concluded that there are some
problems in its operation management, such as imperfect organizational structure
mechanism, insufficient personnel assessment and incentive, low business process
efficiency, low level of customer relationship management and insufficient risk
prevention and control ability. It is studied and analyzed, and the corresponding
suggestions are put forward to improve the organizational structure, strengthen the
