由于当前行业和运输企业联系越来越密切，需求量日趋扩大，给物流产业
的发展提了供更多机会。但是机会和挑战并存，中国的快递企业将面对着激烈
的竞争，其主要原因就在我国物流企业进行资源整合慢慢发展壮大，导致物流
行业内部竞争压力巨大。
云南，虽作为一带一路的战略重地，可我省物流企业常因运输资源匮乏、
教育资源落后，仍面临着物流成本过高、综合服务水平欠缺导致客户流失、资
金不足、经营困难等问题。我省的现代物流企业如何在这个市场经济环境中站
稳了脚跟，在此基础上让自身的优势获得增强，从而提升企业竞争力，是一个
具有理论价值和实践意义的重要课题。
云南省 J&T速递企业隶属于 J&T中国(J&T速递)，于 2020年 3月在国内市
场全面起网同时进入中国云南省，并在数年的时间内取得了飞速的进展，但面
对着当地复杂激烈的市场竞争环境，云南省 J&T速递企业必须通过切实合理的
经营策略与方式，来增强企业的实力，并从诸多竞争对手中脱颖而出。而应该
采取什么样的战略和方法来提升云南 J&T物流企业的竞争力，则是云南 J&T物
流企业需要重点研究的问题。
本篇论文从不同的层面入手，对云南 J&T物流企业内外部环境展开系统性
的研究。首先，从宏观环境的分析中发现云南 J&T物流企业的竞争对手以及企
业的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战等，来确定云南 J&T物流企业的战略方向；然后，
对企业的内部环境进行分析，将企业的价值链作为切入点，探析构成和影响云
南 J&T物流企业竞争力的关键因素；再次，利用科学、合理的方法针对企业的
长处和短板开展剖析，对于企业所面临的关键性问题实施探究，根据云南 J&T
物流业的实际情况并结合竞争力相关理论，根据该企业以及其对标物流企业核
心竞争力的情况制定出相应的指标体系，针对指标的权重进行明确，通过层次
分析方法对 J&T物流企业以及其对标企业的核心竞争力实施系统性的评价，最
后根据研究结果，为云南 J&T物流企业竞争力的提升制定相应的建议和措施。
本篇论文对云南 J&T物流的研究和分析，不仅能够使得该企业在提升竞争
力方面有一定的理论指导意义，同时也能够为其他物流企业提供参考和借鉴。

the demand is increasing， for the development of the logistics industry for more
opportunities.However， opportunities and challenges coexist， China's logistics
enterprises are also facing fierce competition， the main reason is in the resource
integration of China's logistics enterprises， resulting in huge internal competition
pressure in the logistics industry.
Although Yunnan， as a strategic focus of Belt and Road， logistics enterprises
in Yunnan province are often faced with problems such as high logistics costs，
customer loss， insufficient capital and operation difficulties due to the lack of
transportation resources and backward education resources.How the modern logistics
companies in our province have gained a firm foothold in this market economic
environment， and on this basis to enhance their own advantages， so as to enhance
the competitiveness of enterprises， is an important topic with theoretical value and
practical significance.
Yunnan J & T logistics enterprises belong to J & T China（J & T express）， in
March 2020 in China comprehensive network in Yunnan， in a few years of rapid
development， in view of the local complex fierce market competition environment，
