在国家政策的支持下,我国的跨境贸易合作模式趋于信息化、流程化,跨境电商平
台交易总额不断增长,跨境电商企业迎来新的发展机遇。然而,从市场整体发展来看,
跨境电商毕竟属于新兴业务,跨境电商企业进入国内市场的时间较短,上下游供应链资
源整合度不高,短期内无法承受猛增的订单量,在发展过程中暴露出仓储物流能力不足、
交易流程不畅通、上下游供应链衔接性差以及供应链运行低效等问题,严重制约了跨境
电商企业的可持续性发展。
针对跨境电商当前所面临供应链管理困境,本文选取 R跨境电商公司为研究对象,
从供应链的运作流程、管理模式切入,采用问卷调研的方法对 R跨境电商公司供应链管
理展开研究,发现公司存在产品采购实时管控力不强、物流运输模式单一以及供应商开
发效率不足等问题,通过进一步分析,这些问题的产生主要是因为 R跨境电商公司缺乏
科学的采购和库存管理机制、供应商管理体系缺失以及物流运输网络体系不健全,影响
了 R跨境电商公司供应链的协同性。针对 R跨境电商公司的供应链管理问题,文章围
绕采购和库存管理、供应商开发和管理以及物流管理形成变革方案,推动供应链组织架
构调整优化,评估优化方案的落地效果,为 R跨境电商公司的供应链变革指明方向。
本文对于 R跨境电商公司供应链管理问题的研究,旨在增强 R跨境电商公司的供
应链管理能力,为同类型的中小型跨境电商企业解决供应链管理提供范本。

Abstract
With the support of national policies, China's cross-border trade cooperation mode tends
to be information-based and process oriented, and the total transaction volume of cross-border
e-commerce platform is growing, which brings new development opportunities to cross-border
e-commerce enterprises. However, from the perspective of the overall development of the
market, cross-border e-commerce is an emerging business after all. Cross border e-commerce
enterprises have a short time to enter the domestic market, the integration of upstream and
downstream supply chain resources is not high, and they can not bear the surge of orders in the
short term. In the process of development, the lack of warehousing and logistics capacity, the
unsmooth transaction process, and the lack of information technology are exposed Poor
convergence of upstream and downstream supply chains and low efficiency of supply chain
operation seriously restrict the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce
enterprises.
In view of the current supply chain management dilemma faced by cross-border
e-commerce, this paper selects r cross-border e-commerce company as the research object,
starting from the operation process and management mode of the supply chain, and uses the
method of questionnaire survey to study the supply chain management of R cross-border
e-commerce company. It is found that the company has some problems, such as weak real-time
management and control of product procurement, single logistics and transportation mode, low
cost and so on Through further analysis, these problems are mainly due to R cross-border
e-commerce company's lack of scientific procurement and inventory management mechanism,
lack of customer management ability, lack of supplier management system and imperfect
logistics and transportation network system, which affect the supply chain coordination of R
cross-border e-commerce company. Aiming at the supply chain management problems of R
cross-border e-commerce company, this paper forms a reform plan around procurement and
inventory management, supplier development and management, customer relationship
management and logistics management, promotes the adjustment and optimization of supply
chain organization structure, evaluates the implementation effect of the optimization plan, and
points out the direction for the supply chain reform of R cross-border e-commerce company.
The purpose of this paper is to enhance the supply chain management ability of R
cross-border e-commerce companies, and provide a model for the same type of small and
