目录 中文摘要 我国物流行业一方面在“互联网 +”的助力下飞速发展，另一方面也面临物 流体系成本过高、投资风险较大、服务水平滞后、人才缺失、消费需求升级等问 题。物流行业作为共享经济的重要领域，天然具备共享因子，信息技术的变革更 是进一步激发了共享物流创新。共享经济的兴起为现代物流行业带来了全新的发 展机遇，未来的经济发展趋势是以智能化和信息化技术相结合的方式来推动，而 共享物流则是一种具有潜力的可持续发展模式。 基于此，本文通过对 J物流公司物流体系优化的研究，立足于现阶段的经营 现状，努力剖析发展中面临的内外环境，精准定位自身优势，寻求全新发展机遇。 首先在研究初期针对本论文的研究背景、意义等内容开展了较为系统的论述。其 次综合国内外大量文献，简要阐述了物流体系、共享物流等相关理论，立足 J物 流公司物流体系的现状及问题，进行 PEST分析及行业竞争环境分析。最后，提 出 J物流公司物流体系优化对策及保障措施，以期实现J物流公司物流体系的优 化提升，赢得更加广阔的未来，旨在为国内物流行业物流体系的健康发展提供参 照和借鉴。 关键词：物流体系；共享经济；共享物流 I 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract On the one hand, Chinas logistics industry is developing rapidly with the help of "Internet plus", on the other hand, it is also facing problems such as high logistics system costs, large investment risks, lagging service levels, lack of talent, and upgrading of consumption demand.
