摘要
步入 21世纪之后,人才成为企业竞争的最大资本。一个企业需要进一步的发展,
离不开内部员工的支持。在当今时代,企业想占据较大的市场份额,并且在行业内处
于领先地位,必须建立起自己的团队,并时刻保持团队的先进性。因此,一个科学的、
合理的、具有竞争力的人力资源管理体系是极为重要的。而在人力资源管理中,激励
机制在其中起着核心的作用。激励机制不是一成不变的,它随着企业的发展,在不同
的阶段提出不同的要求,激励机制需要与时俱进。
本文在写作过程中,首先,阐述本文的研究背景、研究意义,结合国内外文献的
查阅,分析国内外学者对本文课题的研究现状,并结合这些内容找寻适宜的研究思路
和研究框架。其次,为相关概念及理论综述。阐述与本文研究相关的人力资源、激励
等概念,以及对应的主要学者研究理论,为本文的研究提供详实的理论基础。再次,
指出石家庄建强医疗器械公司概况及存在问题。通过阐述本文研究对象石家庄建强医
疗器械有限公司的基本信息,以及存在的一些运营问题,并剖析产生这些问题的原因。
着重立足内部管理,从员工激励机制的视角探究该公司管理问题的优化,并对当前该
公司在员工激励机制方面存在的问题进行深入解析。发现该公司存在员工执行能力薄
弱、缺乏积极主动性等问题。在探究过程中结合马斯洛需求理论、以及目标激励法,
帮助员工明确工作目标,并将工作目标与对应层次的激励内容紧密融合,实现激励机
制的完善。之后,提出石家庄建强医疗器械有限公司员工激励机制的优化建议,指出
保障措施。最后,总结本文研究内容,分析此次研究的不足之处并展望未来。希望通
过本文的研究,权做抛砖引玉之举,为有与石家庄建强医疗器械有限公司相同发展痛
点的其他民营企业的发展提供一定的理论和实践参考。

Abstract
After entering the 21st century, talents have become the largest capital of enterprise
competition. An enterprise needs further development, which is inseparable from the support
of internal employees. In today's era, enterprises want to occupy a larger market share and
lead in the industry. They must establish their own team and keep the advanced nature of the
team at all times. Therefore, a scientific, reasonable and competitive human resource
management system is very important. In human resource management, incentive
mechanism plays a core role. The incentive mechanism is not invariable. It puts forward
different requirements at different stages with the development of enterprises. The incentive
mechanism needs to keep pace with the times.
In the process of writing, firstly, this paper expounds the research background and
significance of this paper, combined with the literature review at home and abroad, analyzes
the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on this subject, and combined with these
contents to find the appropriate research ideas and research framework. Secondly, it
summarizes the related concepts and theories. This paper expounds the concepts of human
resources and incentive related to this research, as well as the corresponding main scholars'
research theories, so as to provide a detailed theoretical basis for this research. Thirdly, it
points out the general situation and existing problems of Shijiazhuang Jianqiang medical
device company. By expounding the basic information of Shijiazhuang Jianqiang medical
device Co., Ltd., the research object of this paper, as well as some existing operation
problems, and analyzing the causes of these problems. Focus on internal management,
explore the optimization of the company's management problems from the perspective of
employee incentive mechanism, and deeply analyze the problems existing in the company's
employee incentive mechanism. It is found that the company has problems such as weak
executive ability and lack of initiative. In the process of exploration, combined with
Maslow's demand theory and goal incentive method, help employees clarify their work
objectives, closely integrate the work objectives with the incentive content at the
corresponding level, and realize the improvement of the incentive mechanism. After that, it
puts forward the optimization suggestions of employee incentive mechanism of Shijiazhuang
Jianqiang medical device Co., Ltd., and points out the safeguard measures. Finally, it
summarizes the research content of this paper, analyzes the shortcomings of this research,
and looks forward to the future. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, we can do
something to attract jade, and provide some theoretical and practical reference for the
development of other private enterprises with the same development pain points as
Shijiazhuang Jianqiang medical device Co., Ltd.
