煤炭是我国重要的能源,内蒙古是除山西外,我国的第二大产煤大省。怡和
能源公司作为内蒙古一家老牌企业,在过去煤炭黄金十年里积累了雄厚的资本。
但自2015年全国煤炭去产能以来,国家发力整合煤炭资源,市场状况严峻以及
煤价的波动,使得内部管理本来就出现问题的怡和能源公司处境变得越来越艰
难。面对市场的残酷竞争和优胜劣汰,怡和必须探索一条新的生存发展之道。
通过研究国内外发展战略相关理论,结合国内煤炭行业发展实际,对怡和能
源公司内外部环境进行分析,运用swot分析法、pest分析法、五力模型分析法,
从宏观和微观两个方面深入剖析怡和能源公司发展过程中存在的问题,结合怡和
的资源现状,为企业提出战略决策。
综合实际,阐述研究背景和意义,介绍研究方法、思路和框架,以及详细介
绍了所用到的理论基础,运用PEST分析法、五力模型分析法从多个维度对怡和
的内外部环境进行分析,运用SWOT分析法全面剖析怡和能源公司的优劣势、机
会与威胁,为怡和能源公司未来的发展作出战略组合,结合IFE、EFE、QSPM矩
阵分析,最终为企业提出战略选择,并提出实施战略的保障体系,对发展战略的
内容进行了更为具体的阐述。
通过研究,得出怡和能源公司的发展战略是实行多元化发展战略、一体化发
展战略、密集型发展战略。发展循环经济,促进企业实现可持续发展,优化内部
管理制度,重视科技与人才培养,促进企业做大做强、全面发展。不足之处是提
出的发展战略在实施过程中可能会有各种现实因素的制约,对策可能不够周到,
有待在实践过程中检验以及跟进落实,研究还有进一步拓展的空间。

ABSTRACT
Coal is an important energy source in China, and Inner Mongolia is
the second largest coal-producing province in China besides Shanxi. Yihe
Energy Company, as an established enterprise in Inner Mongolia, has
accumulated abundant capital in the coal golden decade in the past.
However, since 2015, when the national coal production capacity was
reduced, the state made great efforts to integrate coal resources, the
market situation was severe and the coal price fluctuated, which made the
situation of Yihe Energy Company, which had internal management
problems, more and more difficult. In the face of cruel market
competition and survival of the fittest, Yihe Energy Company must
explore a new way of survival and development.
This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Yihe
Energy Company by studying the development strategy related theories at
home and abroad, combining with the development reality of domestic
coal industry, Swot analysis, pest analysis and five-force model analysis
are used to deeply analyze the problems existing in the development
process of Yihe Energy Company from macro and micro aspects, and put
forward strategic decisions for the enterprise in combination with the
present situation of Yihe Energy Company.
Based on the actual situation, this paper expounds the research
background and significance, introduces the research methods, ideas and
framework, and introduces the theoretical basis used in this paper in
detail. PEST analysis and five-force model analysis are used to analyze
the internal and external environment of Yihe Energy Company from
multiple dimensions. SWOT analysis is used to comprehensively analyze
the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Yihe Energy
Company, to make a strategic combination for the future development of
Yi He Energy Company. Combined with Ife, EFE and QSPM matrix
analysis, it finally puts forward the strategic choice for the enterprise and

the guarantee system for implementing the strategy.
Through the research in this paper, it is concluded that the
development strategy of Yihe Energy Company is diversified
development strategy, integrated development strategy, intensive
development strategy. Develop circular economy, promote enterprises to
achieve sustainable development, optimize internal management system,
attach importance to science and technology and personnel training, and
promote enterprises to become bigger, stronger and all-round
development. The deficiency of this paper is that the proposed
development strategy may be restricted by various practical factors in the
implementation process, and the countermeasures may not be thoughtful
enough, which needs to be tested and followed up in the practice process,
and there is room for further research.
