黄河流域九省区旅游业绿色全要素生产率
时空演化及影响机制研究
摘要
2019年以来，我国将黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展放在越来越重要的地
位，不仅将此列入国家发展战略，还编制了相应的发展纲要。旅游业作为带动黄
河流域经济增长的源泉，势必是高质量发展研究的重要内容，而随着旅游业的崛
起，其引起的环境污染也越来越严重，对黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提出了
挑战。综上，本文以协调黄河流域旅游业发展和生态保护之间的矛盾为出发点，
以发展绿色旅游为切入点，以贯彻可持续发展和高质量发展为落脚点，探究黄河
流域旅游业绿色发展的效率问题，以期在促进旅游业向绿色、集约、高效发展的
同时保护环境，为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提出建设性意见。
本文的研究阶段分为：首先用非期望 Super—SBM模型结合 Malmquist-
Luenberger指数模型测算 2011-2019年旅游业绿色全要素生产率并分析其时序演
进特征；其次借助社会网络分析法研究旅游业绿色全要素生产率的空间网络结构
演化，包括：整体网特征、个体网特征和核心—边缘结构分析；最后探寻影响黄
河流域旅游业绿色全要素生产率的因素。研究发现：黄河流域旅游业绿色全要素
生产率水平呈“W”形波动增长，发展水平不高且发展速度缓慢，主要由技术进
步推动；旅游业绿色全要素生产率空间网络的关联强度不高，关联性呈增强态势，
四川和甘肃在网络中的作用较弱，山东和陕西处于网络的核心位置，核心区在研
究期内逐渐扩散但后劲不足；城乡结构、能源消耗、旅游收入区位熵与旅游业绿
色全要素生产率存在负向相关关系，自主创新能力则相反。根据研究结果，从政
府、行业和区域三维视角提出黄河流域旅游业绿色全要素生产率的提升策略。

Spatiotemporal Evolution and Influencing Mechanism of Green
Total Factor Productivity of Tourism in Nine Provinces and
Regions of the Yellow River Basin
Abstract
Since 2019, China has placed the ecological protection and high-quality
development of the region of Yellow River in an increasingly important position, and
not only included this in the national development strategy, but also compiled a
corresponding development outline. Tourism, as the source of economic growth in the
region of Yellow River, is bound to be an important part of high-quality development
research. With the rapid development of tourism, the environmental pollution it causes
is becoming more and more serious, which is critical for the development of nine
provinces in the Yellow River Basin. To sum up, this paper takes the coordination of
the contradiction between tourism development and ecological protection in the Yellow
River Basin as the starting point, takes the development of green tourism as the entry
point, and takes the implementation of sustainable development and high-quality
development as the foothold to explore the green development of tourism in the Yellow
River Basin to promote the green, intensive and efficient development of tourism while
protecting the environment and put forward constructive suggestions for the
development of the Yellow River Basin.
The research stage of this paper is divided into: First, use the Unexpected Super-
SBM model combined with the Malmquist-Luenberger index model to calculate the
green total factor productivity (GTFP, we use the abbreviation in the following parts)
of the tourism industry from 2011 to 2019 and analyze its time series evolution
characteristics. Second, use the social network analysis method to study the GTFP of
