摘要
当前，建筑行业正面临危机，激烈的同行竞争和施工利润的大幅降低将成为建筑公
司面临的新问题。地方性中小建筑企业在新冠疫情的冲击下同样也存在一些问题，施工
成本的大幅度增加、中小企业的数量迅猛增加也将成为面临的新问题。在这种情况下，
积极适应内部和外部环境的变化，抓住有利的市场机会并及时地避免风险，对于顺利度
过困难时期和实现可持续发展至关重要。而建筑公司多元化战略的选择和实施是应对这
些问题和挑战的最佳工具。
本文以平山县 L建筑公司为例，首先，梳理研究背景分析国内外宏观环境，以及国
内外研究现状，理清本文的研究内容及研究方法。其次，归纳公司战略的理论基础，公
司战略的定义和特征，并就论文主要采用的 SWOT、波士顿矩阵等工具进行了介绍。然
后，以平山县 L建筑公司为例，并通过波士顿矩阵分析平山县 L建筑公司的经营方向，
总结出 L建筑公司的金牛业务、瘦狗业务、明星业务和问题业务，并以这几个业务为导
向，提炼出 L建筑公司自身发展的优势与不足。接下来梳理了平山县 L建筑公司的外部
环境和内部环境，通过对外部环境中的宏观环境与政策法规、平山县建筑行业环境分析
和竞争环境分析，找到 L建筑公司的内部和外部发展环境。第五章主要通过 SWOT法
分析了平山县 L建筑公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，确定以 SO成长为导向的发展策
略，必要时补充 ST的多元化业务战略的发展模式，为 L建筑公司发展策略选择提供了
方向。最后，提出了建筑公司横向多元化战略和纵向多元化战略的具体实施措施，再结
合 L建筑公司，提出组织结构、资金保障、市场保障、人才保障等四个方面的保障措施。
通过对平山县 L建筑公司 SWOT分析及多元化战略的分析，研究发现 L建筑公司
的现有业务存在一些问题。在此基础上，通过分析提出横向多元化战略和纵向多元化战
略的优化对策，找到了未来 L建筑公司的发展方向。这不仅可以保障 L建筑公司在平山
县建筑市场的可持续发展，也为今后 L建筑公司在石家庄市的发展提供了理论依据和实
践指导。

Abstract
At present, the construction industry is facing a crisis, and the fierce competition among
peers and the sharp reduction of construction profits will become new problems faced by
construction companies. Local small and medium-sized construction enterprises also have
some problems under the impact of the new crown epidemic. The substantial increase in
construction costs and the rapid increase in the number of small and medium-sized enterprises
will also become new problems. Under such circumstances, actively adapting to changes in
the internal and external environment, seizing favorable market opportunities and avoiding
risks in a timely manner are crucial to successfully surviving difficult times and achieving
sustainable development. The selection and implementation of a construction company's
diversification strategy is the best tool to address these issues and challenges.
This paper takes L Construction Company in Pingshan County as an example. First, the
research background is analyzed to analyze the domestic and foreign macro environment, as
well as the research status at home and abroad, and to clarify the research content and
research methods of this paper. Secondly, it summarizes the theoretical basis of corporate
strategy, the definition and characteristics of corporate strategy, and introduces the tools such
as SWOT and Boston matrix which are mainly used in the thesis. Then, taking Pingshan
County L Construction Company as an example, and analyzing the business direction of
Pingshan County L Construction Company through the Boston matrix, summed up L
Construction Company's golden bull business, thin dog business, star business and problem
business, and based on these several businesses Oriented, extract the advantages and
disadvantages of L construction company's own development. Next, I sorted out the external
environment and internal environment of L Construction Company in Pingshan County, and
found the internal and external development environment of L Construction Company by
analyzing the macro environment and policies and regulations in the external environment,
the environmental analysis of the construction industry in Pingshan County and the analysis
of the competitive environment. The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the advantages,
disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Pingshan County L Construction Company
