随着全球经济一体化的发展,企业在未来阶段将遇到更多发展机遇,也会遇到更多
的发展风险,市场竞争激烈程度加剧。人才成为当前及未来阶段企业突破发展瓶颈、实
现可持续健康发展的关键资源。如何招聘人才、培养人才,激发人才的工作积极性,成
为诸多企业加强内控管理亟需考虑并解决的一个重点问题。本文的研究对象 S公司为国
内典型的中小型以服装制造为主的民营企业,位于我国经济发达的华东地区,目前该公
司处于成长期,面临着与诸多中小型民营企业相似的蓝领员工离职率居高不下的问题,
严重影响企业的可持续健康发展。
本文将 S公司作为研究对象,开展民营企业蓝领员工薪酬优化的相关研究。本文行
文思路如下:首先结合文献研究法找寻与蓝领员工薪酬优化的相关国内外研究理论,作
为本文研究的理论基础,全面探究蓝领员工特性以及对应的薪酬管理难题,并基于这些
内容探究管理对策;其次,结合前人论述,以调查问卷的方式对 S公司多层次的员工进
行调研,全面分析 S公司近年来在蓝领员工薪酬管理方面存在的不足之处,定性分析引
发这些不足的原因。最后,立足 S公司发展战略、发展愿景以及蓝领员工诉求,提出针
对性的薪酬优化策略以及对应的保障措施。
本文的创新在于研究对象的创新。将 S公司作为研究对象,开展民营企业蓝领员工
薪酬优化的相关研究。立足 S公司发展战略、发展愿景以及蓝领员工诉求,提出针对性
的薪酬优化策略以及对应的保障措施,希望通过本文的研究,能为 S公司以及与 S公司
存在相似发展困境的国内其他中小型民营企业的人力资源管理工作的优化提供一定的
理论和实践参考。

Abstract
With the development of global economic integration, enterprises will encounter more
development opportunities and development risks in the future, and the intensity of market
competition will intensify. Talents have become the key resources for enterprises to break
through the development bottleneck and achieve sustainable and healthy development at the
current and future stages. How to recruit and cultivate talents and stimulate the enthusiasm of
talents has become a key problem that many enterprises need to consider and solve in
strengthening internal control management. The research object of this paper is s company, a
typical small and medium-sized private enterprise focusing on garment manufacturing in
China. It is located in the economically developed East China. At present, the company is in
the growth stage, facing the problem of high turnover rate of blue collar employees similar to
many small and medium-sized private enterprises, which seriously affects the sustainable and
healthy development of the enterprise.
This paper takes s company as the research object to carry out relevant research on salary
optimization of blue collar employees in private enterprises. The ideas of this paper are as
follows: firstly, combined with the literature research method, find the relevant research
theories at home and abroad related to the salary optimization of blue collar employees, as the
theoretical basis of this paper, comprehensively explore the characteristics of blue collar
employees and the corresponding salary management problems, and explore the management
countermeasures based on these contents; Secondly, combined with previous discussions, this
paper investigates the multi-level employees of S company by means of questionnaire,
comprehensively analyzes the deficiencies of S company in the salary management of blue
collar employees in recent years, and qualitatively analyzes the reasons for these deficiencies.
Finally, based on the development strategy, development vision and the demands of blue
collar employees of S company, this paper puts forward targeted salary optimization strategies
and corresponding safeguard measures.
The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of the research object. Take s company
as the research object to carry out relevant research on salary optimization of blue collar
employees in private enterprises. Based on the development strategy, development vision and
the demands of blue collar employees of S company, this paper puts forward targeted salary
optimization strategies and corresponding safeguard measures. It is hoped that through this
research, it can provide some theoretical and practical reference for the optimization of human
resource management of S company and other domestic small and medium-sized private
enterprises with similar development difficulties as s company.
