全球经济一体化的快速发展,促使制造业快速进入到微利时代,提高产品性
价比,增加企业利润成为制造业企业的共同关注点,也是制造业企业的核心竞争
力的重要体现。供应商选择管理是制造业企业进行成本控制的重要手段,有效的
供应商选择管理,对提升制造业企业的利润水平意义重大。因此,本文以制造业
企业S公司为案例,鉴于S公司目前的业务特性主要是以定制化产品生产业务为
主,其生产类供应商为现有供应商体系的主体,因此,本文基于供应商选择管理
的相关理论及文献研究基础,采用问卷调查法分析了S公司生产类供应商选择实
施现状及问题,并结合访谈法剖析了S公司供应商选择存在问题的主要原因,得
出目前S公司供应商选择优化的关键在于解决供应商选择评价指标设计、指标评
价方法、选择实施流程体系三个方面的问题。对此,本文采用专家打分法、层次
分析法对S公司选择评价指标体系进行了优化,对评价指标体系的权重计算进行
了优化,并对供应商选择实施流程体系进行了优化,最后,提出了S公司供应商
选择优化方案实施的保障性措施,以期能够为S公司及同类型公司在供应商选择
管理实践方面提供部分可参考建议。

Abstract
With the rapid development of global economic integration, the manufacturing
industry has rapidly entered the era of low profit. Improving the cost performance of
products and increasing the profits of enterprises have become the common concern
of manufacturing enterprises, and also an important embodiment of the core
competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. Supplier selection management is an
important means of cost control for manufacturing enterprises. Effective supplier
selection management is of great significance to improve the profit level of
manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, this paper takes manufacturing enterprise s
company as an example. Considering that the current business characteristics of S
company are mainly customized product production business, and its production
suppliers are the main body of the existing supplier system, this paper is based on the
relevant theory and literature research foundation of supplier selection management,
This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of S company's production
supplier selection by using questionnaire survey method, and analyzes the main
reasons for the problems of S company's supplier selection by combining with the
implementation interview method. It is concluded that the key to the optimization of S
company's supplier selection is to solve the problems of supplier selection evaluation
index design, index evaluation method and selection implementation process system.
In this regard, this paper uses expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process to
optimize the evaluation index system of S company selection, optimizes the weight
calculation of the evaluation index system, and optimizes the supplier selection
implementation process system. Finally, this paper puts forward the safeguard
measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme of S company supplier
selection, In order to provide some reference for s company and similar companies in
supplier selection management practice.
