摘
要
随着科技进步、社会高速发展,世界经济发生了急速变化。现代企业若想在激烈的
市场竞争中占得一席之地并长期生存下去,必须具备战略柔性和应对市场变化的应变能
力。激烈的竞争将现代企业推向一种组织结构更简单化、扁平化的形态方向发展,为了
获取更优质的资源,企业选择在世界各地建立虚拟团队。
首先,本文遵循了管理案例型论文的撰写格式,讲述了 A公司 M项目的公司背景、
管理沟通现状和几个典型的管理沟通案例。其次,从虚拟团队整体出发,设计了沟通频
度调查问卷并搭建沟通网络。借助社会网络分析方法,通过可视化沟通网络图、密度和
中心势等指标对沟通网络的整体特征进行剖析。从虚拟团队成员个体出发,基于虚拟团
队沟通模型设计了沟通情况调查问卷,结合案例对成员工作中实际遇到的管理沟通问题
进行分析。基于管理沟通、虚拟团队等相关理论知识,总结出导致管理沟通问题的组织
结构、英语水平、沟通渠道和沟通意识四个主要成因。最后,提出了针对性的解决方案
和保障措施:第一,各地区各职能部门小组内增设沟通角色和加设职能部门负责人;第
二,推行的英语考核及奖励机制;第三,改用即时沟通办公软件、推行“一主一副一组”
沟通模式和鼓励开展团建活动;第四,引入管理沟通培训课程和积极组织异地团队技术
学习和经验分享活动;第五,提供人力资源和团队氛围保障措施。
通过对 A公司 M项目虚拟团队管理沟通的案例研究,希望为其他企业的虚拟团队
提供管理思路,帮助其更好地建设和管理虚拟团队。

A Case Study on communication management of virtual team in M project
of A company
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, the world economy has undergone
rapid changes. If modern enterprises want to occupy a place in the fierce market competition
and survive for a long time, they must have strategic flexibility and the ability to cope with
market changes. In order to obtain higher quality resources, enterprises choose to set up virtual
teams all over the world.
First of all, this thesis follows the format of management case thesis, describes the
company background of A company M project, management communication status and several
typical management communication cases. Secondly, from the virtual team as a whole, design
the communication frequency questionnaire and build a communication network. With the help
of social network analysis method, the overall characteristics of communication network are
analyzed by visual communication network graph, density and central potential. Based on the
virtual team communication model, a communication questionnaire is designed to analyze the
management communication problems encountered by the virtual team members in their work.
Based on the theory of management communication and virtual team, this thesis summarizes
the organization structure, English level, communication channel and communication
consciousness. Finally, the solutions and supporting measures are put forward as follows: First,
add communication roles and heads of functional departments in all regions and functional
departments; Second, promote the English assessment and reward mechanism; Third, use
instant communication office software, promote the "one master, one help, one group"
communication mode and encourage the development of league building activities; Fourth,
introduce management communication training courses and actively organize technical
learning and experience sharing activities of teams from other regions; Fifth, provide a
provision of human resources and team atmosphere safeguards.
Through the case study on management communication of A company M project virtual
team, we hope to provide management ideas for other enterprises' virtual teams to help them
build better and manage virtual teams well.
