近年来,随着电力体制的改革,设计企业间的同质化竞争加剧。在行业内竞争逐
渐白热化的今天,电力设计企业如何持续发展,已成为急需解决的问题。目前,S电力
设计院正在面临这一问题。项目是设计院发展的发动机,为企业成长提供动力。项目
团队作为一个比较容易被忽视却重要的因素,直接影响到项目能否取得成功。本文以
项目团队管理的相关理论为引导,以该企业项目团队为研究对象,通过研究存在的问
题,对应提出项目团队管理的建议。
本文首先对项目团队管理的相关概念进行了介绍,并且阐述了项目团队管理相关
的领导理论、激励理论及项目团队文化的理论作为后续研究的理论基础。接下来对S电
力设计院的组织架构、各部门职能、项目团队的现状进行了详细介绍,为后续研究提
供背景描述及现实基础。本文以项目团队管理理论及该企业项目团队管理现状为基础,
通过科学的问卷调查方法收集数据,通过相关数据对S电力设计院项目团队管理现状进
行分析。通过数据分析发现,该院项目团队管理存在的问题主要包括:缺少团队特征、
团队发展不畅、团队领导力不足、团队激励机制不健全、优秀团队文化缺失。本文针
对分析出的问题,结合工作实际需要,对项目团队管理提出优化建议。应用项目团队
管理的相关研究成果,寻求该公司项目团队管理的破局之路,内容包括:增强团队特
征、团队发展困境防治、全面提高团队领导力、健全激励机制、打造优秀团队文化。
最后又从重视团队培训、确保团队健康发展的措施、提高项目经理领导力的保障、建
立良好激励机制的保障、创建学习型团队文化五个方面进行了阐述,以确保S电力设计
院团队管理建议的顺利实施。
本文对S电力设计院存在的项目团队管理问题进行研究,并提出了科学合理的建议,
不仅能够解决S电力设计院自身存在的问题,也能够为同行业、同类型企业提供一定的
参考。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the reform of electric power system, the homogeneity competition
among designenterprises hasintensified. Howto develop theelectric powerdesign
enterprises continuously has become an urgent problem to be solved. At present, S Power
Design Institute is facing this problem. The project is the engine that the design institute
develops, provides the power for the enterprise growth. As an important factor which is easy
to be ignored, the project team directly affects the success of the project. Guided by the
theory of Project Team Management, this thesis takes the project team of the enterprise as
the research object, through the study of the existing problems, corresponding to the project
team management recommendations.
At first, this thesis introduces the related concepts of Project Team Management, and
expounds the theory of leadership, motivation and the related theory of project team culture
as the theoretical basis of the follow-up study. Then it introduces the organization structure,
the function of each department and the status quo of the project team of S Electric Power
DesignInstitute indetail,which providesthebackground descriptionandRealistic
Foundation for the follow-up Research. Based on the theory of Project Team Management
and the present situation of project team management in the enterprise, this thesis collects
data by scientific questionnaire method, and analyzes the current situation of project team
management in S Electric Power Design Institute. Through the data analysis, we found that
the problems of the project team management in the college mainly include: lack of team
characteristics,poorteam development,insufficientteamleadership,teamincentive
mechanism is not sound, the lack of excellent team culture. Finally, according to the analysis
of theproblems,combined withthe actualneedsof theprojectteam management
optimizationrecommendations.Applytherelatedresearchresultsofprojectteam
management, seek the breakthrough road of the company’s Project Team Management, the
contents include: enhance team characteristics, preventing and curing team development
difficulties, improving team leadership in an all-round way, improving incentive mechanism
