评价研究
摘要
化工行业一直是国民经济的支柱产业,同时化工企业的安全风险也是学者们
研究的重点,政府对化工企业安全管理的要求日益严格,企业自身员工对安全的
关注度不断提高,为了实现化工公司的可持续发展,本文采用层次分析法和模糊
综合评价对化工企业的安全风险进行研究,同时对 A企业的安全风险进行评价,
提出针对性的建议提高化工企业的安全风险管理水平。
文章通过整理归纳关于安全风险管理、风险评价方法和化工企业的安全风险
评价内容的研究,为本文的研究奠定了基础,并基于此提出本文的研究框架,通
过查找相关数据对 A企业基本情况及安全管理现状进行介绍,总结当前安全管理
重组存在的问题并分析成因。进而确定层次分析法和模糊综合评价法作为安全风
险评价方法,并将其运用到 A企业安全风险评价中,结合安全风险管理相关理论
和指标选取原则,从人员、机器、物料、方法、环境、管理六个方面构建安全风
险评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标的权重,通过模糊综合评价法得出 A
企业的安全风险系数为 3.26,为中级风险,需要采取相关措施来防范企业的安全
风险,最后提出了化工企业安全风险防范的措施:创建企业安全文化、安全生产
管理体系的完善、标准化安全管理、加强项目部员工管理培训、加强精细化考核
管理。
本文采用层次分析和模糊性综合评价法构建了化工企业的安全风险评价模
型,并选取 A企业对模型进行了检验,希望通过本文的研究可以为方法化工企业
的安全风险管理提出行之有效的建议,防范化工企业的安全风险。

ABSTRACT
The chemical industry has always been a pillar industry of the national economy.
At the same time, the safety risk of chemical enterprises is also the focus of scholars'
research. The government has increasingly strict requirements on the safety
management of chemical enterprises, and the employees of enterprises pay more
attention to safety. In order to realize the sustainable development of chemical
companies, This paper studies the safety risk of chemical enterprises by using analytic
hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, evaluates the safety risk of
enterprise a, and puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the safety risk
management level of chemical enterprises.
This paper lays a foundation for the research of this paper by sorting out and
summarizing the research on safety risk management, risk evaluation methods and
safety risk evaluation contents of chemical enterprises. Based on this, this paper puts
forward the research framework of this paper, introduces the basic situation and safety
management status of enterprise a by searching relevant data, summarizes the
problems existing in the current safety management reorganization and analyzes the
causes. Then the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
method are determined as the safety risk evaluation methods, which are applied to the
safety risk evaluation of enterprise A. combined with the relevant theories of safety
risk management and the principle of index selection, the safety risk evaluation index
system is constructed from the six aspects of personnel, machinery, materials, methods,
environment and management, and the weight of the index is determined by the
analytic hierarchy process, Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it is
concluded that the safety risk coefficient of enterprise a is 3.26, which is an
intermediate risk, and relevant measures need to be taken to prevent the safety risk of
the enterprise. Finally, the safety risk prevention measures of chemical enterprises are
put forward: creating the enterprise safety culture, improving the safety production
management system, standardizing safety management, strengthening the management
training of the staff of the project department, and strengthening the refined assessment
management.

In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
method are used to construct the safety risk evaluation model of chemical enterprises,
and enterprise a is selected to test the model. It is hoped that through this research,
effective suggestions can be put forward for the safety risk management of chemical
enterprises to prevent the safety risk of chemical enterprises.
