Research on Progress Management of Spin-off Project of Finance Center of
H Company
Abstract
Under the background of market competition at this stage, more and more large
pharmaceutical group enterprises begin to integrate their business chains, branches and
departments. Due to the rapidly changing market competition in the pharmaceutical industry,
if the business splitting project takes too long, the competitiveness of the new business in the
market will not be guaranteed, and it will also cause a lot of resource consumption of the
company. Company H is also facing the demand of business adjustment and integration. In
this process, the business splitting of the financial center of company H can form a
comprehensive financial support for the new business line Control financial risks. On the
basis of the increasingly fierce market competition faced by H company, H company needs to
pay more attention to the schedule management of its financial center business split project
and form a scientific schedule management mechanism.
The main content of this paper is the progress management of the business splitting
project of the financial center of H company. It analyzes the problems existing in the progress
management at this stage and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies and
safeguard measures, hoping to improve the efficiency of the business splitting project of the
financial center of H company and better support the development of the new business line of
H company. Through this study, it is found that the management has paid more attention to
the progress management of the business split project in the financial center of H company,
and the progress management has achieved good results on the whole. However, combined
with the interview results, there are still some problems in the progress management of the
business split project in the financial center of H company, Including incomplete analysis of
business split project structure, unclear division of post responsibilities, imperfect dynamic
progress management mode, and unclear progress supervision and management effect;
Combined with the main problems existing in the schedule management of the business split
project of the financial center of H company and the practical requirements of the schedule
management of the business split project, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the
improvement of the schedule management of the business split project of the financial center
of H company from many angles, including strengthening the structural analysis of the split
project, scientifically dividing the post management responsibilities, constructing the dynamic
schedule management mode Strengthen the progress management monitoring. In order to

ensure the implementation effect of the improvement suggestions, this paper also puts
forward corresponding guarantee measures from the aspects of strengthening the special
training of progress management, paying attention to the risk control of progress management
and establishing the progress management information system, which is committed to
improving the progress management level of H company's financial center business split
project.
Based on the adjustment and optimization of business lines and the adjustment and
improvement of product and service modes of H company, the progress management of other
business splitting projects of H company is also facing different difficulties. The optimization
strategy proposed in this paper combined with the schedule management of business splitting
project in the financial center of H company can provide some experience for the schedule
management optimization of other business splitting projects of H company. Therefore, this
research has practical significance for the sustainable development of H company.
