管理沟通对企业的生存发展起着至关重要的作用,是企业组织的生命线。H软件公
司过去主要向客户交付单一的项目,近些年随着公司业务不断扩展及客户要求越来越
高,公司向客户交付的项目由单一项目转向项目群交付。项目群会比单一项目管理复杂
度高,需要相关人员进行良好的沟通协作才能顺利完成交付。本文研究的 X项目群是 H
软件公司面向法院业务提供的一体化项目群,其涉及公司近 20款软件产品,是极具代
表性的项目群,该项目群中出现的问题能够体现公司在项目群管理中存在的问题。
本文首先对研究背景与意义、案例研究设计、技术路线与内容进行了介绍。接下来
介绍 H软件公司、行业背景以及 X项目群背景,并结合访谈内容对研究对象 X项目群
中出现的陆续沟通仍无法整合的系统、无结果的会议与不畅的沟通、突如其来的客户投
诉问题进行了描述。进一步的,运用管理沟通相关理论,结合问卷调查结果,针对上述
实际问题进行了成因分析,主要包括职责分工冲突、缺少沟通管理机制、文化及个人因
素的影响。在此基础上,进行了相应的解决策略设计,包括完善组织职责分工、拓宽管
理沟通渠道、制定沟通计划与加强沟通考核、提升管理沟通能力。最后从组织、制度和
财务方面提出保障措施,更好的落实解决策略。
上述研究成果有助于 H软件公司加强公司管理沟通制度体系的建立与完善,进而有
助于提升公司的整体管理水平和组织运营效率,并有助于增强公司的企业文化感召力和
市场竞争力,同时亦可为同类软件企业提供借鉴和参考。

A Case Study on X Project Group Management Communication in H
Software Company
Abstract
Management communication plays a vital role in the survival and development of
enterprises and is the lifeline of enterprise organizations. In the past, H Software Company
mainly delivered single projects to customers. In recent years, with the continuous expansion
of the company's business and increasingly high customer requirements, the company's
delivery of projects to customers has shifted from single project to project group delivery.
Project clusters are more complex to manage than single projects and require good
communication and collaboration among relevant personnel to successfully complete delivery.
The X project group studied in this thesis is the integrated project group provided by H
Software Company for court business. It involves nearly 20 software products of the company
and is a very representative project group. The problems in the project group can reflect the
problems existing in the project group management of the company.
This thesis first introduces the research background and significance, case study design,
technical route and content. Next, the background of H Software Company, industry and X
project group are introduced. Combined with the interview content, the system of continuous
communication that cannot be integrated, fruitless meetings and poor communication, and
unexpected customer complaints in X project group are described in detail. Further, based on
the theories related to management communication and the results of the questionnaire survey,
the causes of the above practical problems are analyzed, including the conflict of division of
responsibilities, the lack of communication management mechanism, and the influence of
cultural and personal factors. On this basis, the corresponding solutions are designed, including
improving the division of organizational responsibilities, broadening management
communication channels, making communication plans and strengthening communication
assessment, and improving management communication ability. Finally, put forward safeguard
measures from organizational, institutional and financial aspects to better implement the
solution strategy.
The above research results are helpful for H Software Company to strengthen the
establishment and improvement of the company's management communication system, thus
helping to improve the company's overall management level and organizational operation
