摘要
随着时代的更新,人民群众不再只满足于温饱问题,他们更注重养身,把提高
生活质量和注重健康放在了首要位置。为了满足患者各种不同的疾病需求、养生需
求,提供更优质、更专业、更人性化的服务,护理人员的专业技能、专业素养就非
常重要了。医院的发展,离不开人才的发展,而护理人员作为医院的核心人员,她
们的整体服务水平就关系到医院在同行中的竞争力。国内目前护理人员资源匮乏,
如何将有限的资源发挥、运用到极致才是关键。只有通过有目的、有计划地将护理
人员进行有效的培训,才是提高竞争力的有效途径。因此,进一步加强探索护理人
员培训,对全面提高医院临床护理人员工作水平具有重要意义。
本文以 X医院护理人员做为研究对象,通过柯氏评估模型对 X医院护理人员培
训效果进行反应层评估、学习层评估、行为层评估、结果层评估,其结果显示 X医
院的护理人员对培训的总体满意度较高、课程设置的时间安排上需要调整、培训开
展前做好调查工作、加强危重患者救护能力、科研能力培养等。
基于研究结论,本文通过反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层提出了对应的优化
措施:X医院护理培训内容的改进、 X医院护理培训组织的改进、 X医院护理培训
调查的改进、考核形式改进等等。使 X医院护理人员培训效用达到最优化,整个护
理队伍的专业知识、专业技能有质的飞跃,以确保 X医院规划目标的实现。

Abstract
With the update of The Times, people are no longer satisfied with food and clothing, t
hey pay more attention to health, improve the quality of life and pay attention to health in t
he first place. In order to meet the needs of patients with different diseases, health needs, t
o provide better quality, more professional, more humane service, nursing staff's professio
nal skills, professional quality is very important. The development of hospital is inseparabl
e from the development of talents, and nursing staff as the core of the hospital, their overall
service level is related to the competitiveness of the hospital in the peer. At present, nursi
ng staff resources are scarce in China. How to exert and apply the limited resources to the
utmost is the key. Only through purposeful and planned training of nursing staff is the effe
ctive way to improve competitiveness. Therefore, it is of great significance to further stren
gthen the training of exploring nursing staff to improve the working level of hospital clinic
al nursing staff.。
In this paper, nursing staff in HOSPITAL X are taken as the research object, and the tr
aining effect of nursing staff in Hospital X is evaluated at the response layer, learning layer,
behavior layer and outcome layer through The Corleone evaluation model. The results sh
ow that nursing staff in HOSPITAL X have a high overall satisfaction with the training, the
time arrangement of the curriculum needs to be adjusted, the survey should be done before
the training, the ability to rescue critically ill patients and the training of scientific research
ability should be strengthened.。
Based on the research conclusions, this paper proposes corresponding optimization m
easures through the response layer, learning layer, behavior layer and result layer: improve
ment of nursing training content in HOSPITAL X, improvement of nursing training organi
zation in hospital X, improvement of nursing training survey in hospital X, improvement o
f assessment form, etc. Optimize the effectiveness of nursing staff training in HOSPITAL
X, and make a qualitative leap in the professional knowledge and skills of the whole nursin
g team, so as to ensure the realization of the planning objectives of hospital X.。
