摘要
农业是我国国民经济中重要产业,生猪养殖业又是其中举足轻重的组成部分。当前
阶段,对于农业,我国大力提倡产业化经营,其中特别强调保障生猪产业持续平稳发展,
对此,国务院及下属部委陆续出台了一系列支持生猪产业转型升级的政策性文件,将生
猪产业发展提升到更高的战略性地位。这对于生猪产业上下游的整体发展具有深刻的影
响,同时也给生猪养殖企业带来了良好的发展机遇。
本文以 S公司纵向一体化发展战略为研究对象,运用纵向一体化战略相关理论和战
略研究工具,就现阶段 S公司在“饲料供应-生猪养殖-肉食品产销”的纵向一体化发
展战略体系下存在的问题给出优化提升建议。通过使用 EFE和 IFE量化矩阵对影响 S
公司纵向一体化战略内外部环境的关键因素综合评价,结果表明:S公司具备合理把握
外部发展机会和规避外部威胁的能力,并可以通过内部优势改进自身发展中的不足,以
解决纵向一体化发展战略体系下存在的问题。再结合 SWOT分析模型和 QSPM量化矩
阵的测评结果,确定 S公司应该选择纵向一体化整体优化战略方案:借助其发展优势,
不断完善自身业务体系的薄弱环节,优化纵向一体化的业务内容和战略内涵。
根据 S公司所选定的纵向一体化整体优化战略方案,为其制定以下两项优化内容:
一是,S公司纵向一体化业务层面优化;通过改进 S公司上下游业务能力,健全纵向一
体化发展战略业务体系。二是,S公司纵向一体化联动层面优化;强化产业链上下游协
同配合,进一步提高 S公司整体运营效率。为了保障 S公司纵向一体化整体优化战略的
执行,还需要在组织结构、公司制度、人力资源、资金、信息技术和生产技术等方面给
予相应支持。以上优化内容的制定,对 S公司增强生猪产业质量效益和市场竞争力具有
积极作用,也将进一步促进企业稳步健康发展。

industrialized operation of agriculture, with special emphasis on ensuring the continuous and
stable development of the pig industry. In this regard, the State Council and its subordinate
ministries and commissions have successively issued a series of policy documents to support
the transformation and upgrading of the pig industry, raising the development of the pig
industry to a higher level. Strategic position. This has a profound impact on the overall
development of the upstream and downstream of the pig industry, and at the same time brings
good development opportunities for pig breeding companies.
This article takes S company's vertical integration development strategy as the research object,
using the related theories and strategic research tools of vertical integration strategy, and at
this stage, S company is under the vertical integration development strategy system of "feed
supply-pig breeding-meat production and marketing". The existing problems are optimized
and promoted. Comprehensive evaluation of the key factors affecting the internal and external
environment of S company's vertical integration strategy by using the quantitative matrix of
EFE and IFE, the results show that: S company has the ability to reasonably grasp external
development opportunities, avoid external threats, and can improve its own development
through internal advantages In order to solve the problems existing under the vertical
integrated development strategy system. After that, combined with the SWOT analysis model
and the QSPM quantitative matrix evaluation results, it is determined that S company should
choose the overall optimization strategy of vertical integration: relying on its development
advantages, continuously improve the weak links of its own business system, and optimize

According to the overall optimization strategy plan of vertical integration selected by S
company, the following two optimization contents were formulated: First, the optimization of
the vertical integration business level of S company; and the improvement of the vertical
integration development by improving the upstream and downstream business capabilities of
