随着改革开放不断推进,我国国民经济快速发展,民众生活水平也持续提升,家
庭资产获得稳定积累。进入新世纪后,我国民众财富总额不断增长,在全球范围内排
名第二。目前我国经济仍保持稳定增长,在新经济形势下,社会民众财富积累将进入
常态化。我国在产业完善、经济发展过程中注重如何运用各项途径积极提升民众收入,
将经济稳步发展与民众收入增加进行结合。这意味着我国中产阶层仍会逐步增加,且
达成财务自由的群体数量也逐年增多,因此这些人群对于人才管理的关注度也逐步提
升,为保障财务保值增值,不少民众开始与财富管理团队进行合作,以提高资产统筹
管理质量。目前我国利率市场化逐渐推进,这也对金融市场发展带来积极影响,使得
投资途径不断丰富、投资稳定性得以提升,为“金融脱媒”实现带来契机。近些年,
依托传统利差收入获得经济来源的获利模式逐步成为商业银行长效发展的余数,且银
行整体利润率也逐年下滑。随着时间推移和客户需求增多,商业银行需要紧跟时代发
展潮流,研发增多自身业务种类,如全面推动财富管理业务发展,交通银行近年来也
投入资源促进财富管理业务推广。
财富管理属于零售银行业务中的一部分,但财富管理业务从本质层面而言为理财
业务,仍需要通过销售理财产品的方式实现获利,且目前尚未构建合适的指导战略,
相应的发展体系也尚未完善。在新社会环境下,商业银行需要从整体角度而言,全面
注重业务转型,在财富管理业务推广中注重如何激发此项业务潜力,进而在市场竞争
中保持优势。交通银行如果想要以财富管理业务为切入点,则首先需要获知自身财富
业务经营特点,寻获财富业务在发展中面临的问题,并以此为基础形成应对之策,为
银行财富管理业务市场竞争力提升创造条件。
基于此,本文综合运用文献综述法、实地调查法以及比较研究法等论文研究方法,
以交通银行为例,立足交通银行财富管理业务的现实状况,分析在新社会环境下如何
依托客户群体需要,形成具有针对性的财富管理服务,并通过组建培训平台、创新业
务模式、提高市场监管质量等方式推动财富管理业务持续发展。本文通过研究认为,
交通银行要努力提高权益类产品的占比,在突出自身业务特色的基础上,重视个人财
富管理业务的风险。同时通过加强理财队伍建设和客户服务及管理,切实提高财务管
理业务的质量和水平。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous advancement of reform and opening up, China's
national economy has developed rapidly, people's living standards have also
continued to improve, and family assets have accumulated steadily. After
entering the new century, the total wealth of our people has been growing,
ranking second in the world. At present, China's economy still maintains
stable growth. Under the new economic situation, the wealth accumulation of
the public will enter normalization. In the process of industrial improvement
and economic development, China pays attention to how to use various ways
to actively improve people's income, and combine the steady economic
development with the increase of people's income. This means that China's
middle class will still gradually increase, and the number of groups that
achieve financial freedom will also increase year by year. Therefore, these
groups pay more attention to talent management. In order to maintain and
increase the value of finance, many people began to cooperate with the wealth
management team to improve the quality of overall asset management. At
present, the "disintermediation" of China's financial market has brought
opportunities for the "disintermediation" of investment, which has gradually
brought about a positive impact on the development of China's financial
market. In recent years, the profit model of relying on the traditional spread
income to obtain economic sources has gradually become the remainder of
the long-term development of commercial banks, and the overall profit
margin of banks has also declined year by year. With the passage of time and
the increase of customer demand, commercial banks need to keep up with the
development trend of the times and increase their own business types, such as
comprehensively promoting the development of wealth management business.
Bank of communications has also invested resources to promote the
promotion of wealth management business in recent years.
Wealth management is a part of retail banking business, but in essence,
wealth management business is a financial business, which still needs to make
profits by selling financial products. At present, an appropriate guiding
strategy has not been established, and the corresponding development system
has not been improved. In the new social environment, commercial banks
need to pay full attention to business transformation from an overall
perspective, and pay attention to how to stimulate the potential of this
business in the promotion of wealth management business, so as to maintain
an advantage in market competition. If the Bank of communications wants to
take the wealth management business as the starting point, it first needs to
know the operating characteristics of its own wealth business, find the
problems faced by the wealth business in the development, and form
