在移动信息技术不断发展和互联网思维越来越普及的情况下,线上购物与支 付成为越来越多人的选择,相应的许多个体与传统企业纷纷开展电子商务业务, 依托大型电商平台创业的人也越来越多,然而正是因为网上开展电子商务的便利 与简捷,大量的中小电商企业陷于瓜分一块蛋糕的激烈竞争环境,不断有电商企 业或店铺难以为继或直接倒闭。而有效的商业模式创新则能在一定程度上改善这 种局面,成为电商企业或店铺创业成功的强大保证。商业模式创新从本质上来说 是一种基于知识的活动,对于知识的搜寻能够保证商业模式的有效创新,从而保 证电商企业在激烈竞争环境下的竞争优势。现有关于商业模式创新的前因后果虽 然有较多研宂,但从知识视角来研宂的并不多。正因如此,本文从从知识与创新 的角度出发,以大量文献为分析基础,研宄了依托电商平台的中小电商企业中小 电商企业如何在竞争环境不断加剧的情况下,通过知识搜寻与商业模式创新来保 持持续的竞争优势。 本文以大量文献为基础,整理出了知识搜寻、商业模式创新和竞争优势的影 响机制,提出了知识搜寻一商业模式创新一竞争优势的作用路径,并构建了相关 理论模型和假设。在对假设进行验证过程中,首先对问卷进行了设计,并在预调 查的结果下对问卷进行了修正,然后以依托电商平台的电商企业进行了问卷调查, 最后通过SPSS和LISREL统计软件对最终收集到的195份企业数据进行了描述 性统计、相关性分析、信效度检验以及回归分析。通过回归分析,研宂结果发现: 知识搜寻对商业模式创新以及竞争优势有显著的正向影响;商业模式新颖性的创 新和效率性的创新能够分别显著影响差异化竞争优势和低成本竞争优势;商业模 式新颖性的创新和效率性的创新在知识搜寻与差异化竞争优势和低成本竞争优 势之间发挥了一定的中介作用。最后本文给出了关于中小电商企业的启示,建议 中小电商企业重视对于顾客、供应商、中介机构、竞争对手等相关方的知识搜寻 以及针对其的商业模式创新,从而有效构建差异化或低成本竞争优势。 本文的研宄结果对于依托平台的中小电商企业该如何保持竞争优势有一定 的实践指导意义,对于电商及竞争优势的相关学术研究也有一定的理论价值。 关键词:电子商务;知识搜寻;商业模式创新;竞争优势 I ABSTRACT Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofmobileinformationtechnologyandthe increasingpopularityofInternetthinking,onlineshoppingandpaymenthavebecome moreandmorepeopledchoice,andmanyofthecorrespondingindividualsand traditionalenterpriseshavelaunchede-commercebusinesses.Inaddition,becauseof thelowcostandhighefficiencyofonlineshopopening,moreandmorepeoplestart businessesrelyonlarge-scalee-commerceplatforms.Becauseoftheconvenienceand simplicityofe-commerceontheInternet,alargenumberofsmallandmedium-sized e-commerceenterprisesaretrappedinthefiercecompetitionenvironment,butmany ofthemarebankruptorunsustainable.Effectivebusinessmodelinnovationcan improvethesituationtoacertainextent,andbecomeapowerfulguaranteeforthe successofbusinessstartup.Hieinnovationofbusinessmodelisessentiallyakindof knowledgebasedactivity.Thesearchforknowledgecanguaranteetheeffective innovationofthebusinessmodel,thusensuringthecompetitiveadvantageofthe e-commerceenterprisesinthefiercecompetitionenvironment.Althoughthereare manyresearchesonthecausesandeffectsofbusinessmodelinnovation,therearenot manyresearchesfromtheperspectiveofknowledge.Becauseofthis,fromthe perspectiveofknowledgeandinnovationandbasedonalargenumberofdocuments, thispaperstudieshowsmallandmediume-commerceenterprisesbasedon e-commerceplatformmaintainsustainablecompetitiveadvantagethroughknowledge searchandbusinessmodelinnovationinthecompetitiveenvironment. Basedonalargenumberofliterature,thispapercollatestherelationship betweenknowledgesearch,businessmodeinnovationandcompetitiveadvantage,and weputforwardthepathofknowledgesearchbusinessmodeinnovationcompetitive advantage.Thenweconstructsrelatedtheoreticalmodelsandhypotheses.Inthe verificationprocessofthehypothesis,Wedesignedthequestionnaireatfirst,andthen revisedthequestionnaireaccordingtothepresurveyresults.Weconduce questionnairesthebusinessenterpriseandshopswhichrelyonlargeonlineplatform toobtainthesampledataandcarryoutdescriptivestatistics,correlationanalysis, reliabilityandvaliditytestandregressionanalysisthroughSPSS?LISRELstatistical softwareby195enterprisedatacollected.Throughregressionanalysis,theresults showedthat:knowledgesearchhasasignificantpositiveimpactonthebusiness ii modelinnovationandcompetitiveadvantage;businessmodelinnovationofnovelty andefficiencycansignificantlyinfluenceonthecompetitiveadvantageof differentiationandlowcost;innovationbusinessmodelinnovationofnoveltyand efficiencyplayamediatingroleofbetweenknowledgesearchandcompetitive advantageofdifferentiationandlowcost.Attheendofthispaper,the enlightenmentofsmallandmediume-commerceenterprisesisgiven.Itissuggested thatsmallandmedium-sizede-commerceenterprisesshouldattachimportancetothe knowledgesearchofcustomers,suppliers,intermediaries,competitorsandother relatedpartiesaswellasbusinessmodelinnovation,soastoeffectivelybuildthe competitiveadvantageofdifferentialorlowcost.
