如今,金融市场的竞争越来越激烈,在这样的大背景下,如何加强人力资源在企业 中的利用效率,成为了企业发展过程中的重要内容之一。只有人力资源在企业中高效率 运转时,公司的经营规模才会持续扩大,企业的科技创新能力才会迎来持续发展的动力。 因此企业如何开发人才的潜力,如何吸引并持续拥有这些优秀的人才成为了企业成长过 程中的重点内容,而改进并且完善企业员工培训制度是解决这些问题的重要途径。因此, 加强企业的培训力度不仅可以提高员工的专业水平,增强员工的自我价值,同时还可以 提升员工的整体素质,进而保障员工对企业文化的认同感,提高员工对企业的忠诚度, 从这方面来说改进培训制定显得十分重要。 本文在研究时选取了中国邮政集团公司JSNJ分公司(以下简称JSNJ分公司)金融 业务部作为案例分析,金融业务部作为邮政业务发展的重点部门,为确保邮政金融业务 的发展符合市场发展的需要,丰富邮政金融产品,致力打造出一支精兵强将的金融队伍, 为邮政业务全面发展夯实基础。 通过阅读大量的文献资料准确定义金融业务部培训的概念,进一步了解邮政金融从 业人员培训的必要性和重要性,培训的科学性和合理性,对JSNJ分公司金融业务部培 训的高效性和实用性进行深入研究。在本文中,介绍了研究的背景和意义、研究内容及 方法;其次对相关研究进展与基本理论问题进行研究;然后介绍了中国邮政集团公司 JSNJ分公司金融业务部的培训现状,并且发现金融业务部在培训过程中存在培训实施难 开展、缺少针对性的培训需求分析、培训理论与实际操作不相符、缺乏完善的培训体系、 缺乏有力的培训监管等问题并对金融业务部培训问题背后产生的原因进行深入的思考; 最后从原则上改进内容与方法对培训提出改进措施,从制度上对金融业务部提出培训保 障措施。 关键词:中国邮政集团公司JSNJ分公司;金融业务部;培训改进 II STUDYONTRAININGIMPROVEMENTOFFINANCIAL DEPARTMENTOFJSNJBRANCHOFCHINAPOST CORPORATION ABSTRACT Nowadays,thecompetitioninthefinancialmarketismoreandmorefierce. Undersuchabigbackground,howtoenhancetheutilizationefficiencyof humanresourcesinenterpriseshasbecomeoneoftheimportantcontentsinthe developmentprocessofenterprises.Onlywhenhumanresourcesoperate efficientlyintheenterprise,thecompany'soperationscalewillcontinueto expand,andtheenterprise'sscientificandtechnologicalinnovationabilitywill usherinthemomentumofsustainabledevelopment.Therefore,howtodevelop thepotentialoftalents,howtoattractandcontinuetohavetheseexcellent talentshasbecomethefocusoftheenterprise'sgrowthprocess.Improvingand perfectingtheenterpriseemployeetrainingsystemisanimportantwaytosolve theseproblems.Therefore,strengtheningtheenterprise'strainingcannotonly improvetheprofessionallevelofemployeesandenhancetheirself-value,but alsoimprovetheoverallqualityofemployees,soastoensuretheemployees' senseofcorporatecultureandenhancetheirloyaltytotheenterprise.Inthis III respect,itisveryimportanttoimprovetrainingformulation. Inthispaper,thefinancialbusinessdepartmentofChinaPostGroup CorporationJSNJBranch(hereinafterreferredtoasJSNJBranch)wasselected asacasestudy.Thefinancialbusinessdepartmentisthekeydepartmentof postalbusinessdevelopment.Toensurethatthedevelopmentofpostalfinancial businessmeetstheneedsofmarketdevelopment,Enrichpostalfinancial products,andstrivetobuildastrongfinancialteamtolayasolidfoundationfor thecomprehensivedevelopmentofpostalbusiness. Byreadingalargeamountofliterature,wecanaccuratelydefinethe conceptoftraininginthefinancialbusinessdepartment,andfurtherunderstand thenecessityandimportanceofthetrainingofpostalfinancialpractitioners,the scientificityandrationalityofthetraining,andtheefficiencyandpracticalityof thetrainingofthefinancialbusinessdepartmentoftheJSNJbranch.Conduct in-depthresearch.Inthisarticle,thebackgroundandsignificanceoftheresearch, theresearchcontentandmethodsareintroduced;secondly,therelatedresearch progressandbasictheoreticalissuesarestudied;then,thestatusofthetraining ofthefinancialbusinessdepartmentofChinaPostGroupCorporationJSNJ branchisintroduced,andthefinancialbusinessisfoundInthetrainingprocess, theMinistryhasdifficultiesinimplementingtraining,lackoftargetedtraining needsanalysis,trainingtheorydoesnotmatchtheactualoperation,lackofa comprehensivetrainingsystem,andlackofeffectivetrainingsupervision.
