I 摘要 随着经济全球化的发展以及市场需求的多样化，企业除了要面对来自国内外同类 行业之间的竞争压力，还需要面对来自国内产业结构调整及转型升级过程中的劳动力 成本上升及原材料成本上涨等越来越突出的问题的影响。C公司同样如此，而精益生 产管理作为一种具有较高柔性化和有着显著应用成果的成熟的生产管理方式，如果在 C公司能够顺利推行，那么公司就能够因应未来残酷的竞争环境，对企业进行升级， 有效降低生产成本，提质增效，提升竞争力，否则企业就会逐渐失去市场竞争力，面 对被淘汰的局面。 本文首先通过收集和整理精益生产管理的有关资料后，在分析精益生产管理的发 展过程及梳理国内外研究现状的基础上，以C公司A产品线作为研究对象，分析了 C公司在传统生产模式下，生产管理中存在着生产布局不合理，生产不平衡造成的等 待上的浪费，生产效率及良率较为低下，现场5S管理混乱等的问题，这些都使得产 品的成本大大增加，影响了公司的竞争力。并由此给出了对应的原因分析及其实施精 益生产管理的可行性和必要性，在这个基础上，设计出了精益生产管理的优化方案， 如：重新对生产线进行布局优化，对生产线再平衡布线，导入自动化设备、优化工艺 等来提升生产效率和良率，深入推动实施5S，对供应链进行精益化管理等方案，并 进行了深入地实施，通过比对精益生产管理实施前后的效果，进一步说明了精益生产 管理为公司所带来的直接和间接效益。希望借由本文的研究，能为其他一些希望或即 将开展精益生产管理的制造加工型企业提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：精益生产管理， 线平衡， 生产效率， 生产布局， 效果评价 ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT With the development of economic globalization and the diversification of market demand, in addition to facing competition pressure from similar industries at home and abroad, companies also need to face rising labor costs and raw materials from the process of domestic industrial structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading.
