-I- 摘要 在经济全球化的大环境下,越来越多的企业面临机遇的同时面临着更大的竞争。 企业纷纷为降成本增利润想尽各种办法,引入先进的管理方式和管理理念,以求长 期可持续发展。在这样的背景下,精益生产方式受到越来越多的企业追捧。本文以 LK公司为研究对象,在分析该企业现场管理中存在的问题并分析其背后的原因后, 提出精益化的改善方案,力求通过精益生产方式解决LK公司目前的困境,提高企 业的整体竞争力。 首先,本文阐述了运用精益生产方式进行本次研究的背景和意义,以及多年来 精益生产方式在世界各国的发展,并阐述了精益生产方式的相关理论和工具。 其次,通过对LK公司现场管理现状的描述,找出目前存在的问题,如生产线 平衡、库存量、现场环境、设备使用等问题,并对问题进行分析,找出问题存在的 原因。 再次,针对目前LK公司的问题提出针对性的改善方案,运用精益生产方式的 工具进行改善,确保生产环境的安全有序,保证生产的连续性,提高系统的灵活性, 最终实现生产效率的提高和成本的降低。 最后,从团队建设、激励政策、企业文化、人才培养等方面制定了对精益生产 方式推行的保障措施,以确保精益生产方式的顺利推行。 关键词:精益生产方式;价值流程图;6S管理;标准化作业;生产线平衡 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Under the circumstances of economic globalization, more and more enterprises facing opportunities at the same time companies are facing greater competition to try various means to gain profit, cost reduction to introduce advanced management mode and management concept, in order to sustainable development for a long time in such a background, the lean production way is popular with more and more enterprises based on LK company as the research object, based on the analysis of the problems existing in the enterprise field management and analyzes its reason, put forward the improvement of the lean solution, by lean production methods to solve the dilemma of LK company, improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of applying lean production method in this research, as well as the development of lean production method in various countries over the years, and expounds the relevant theories and tools of lean production method. Secondly, based on the description of the current situation of LK's field management, the existing problems, such as the use of on-site environmental equipment for the balance inventory of production line, were found out, and the problems were analyzed to find out the reasons for the existence of the problems. Thirdly, aiming at the current problems of LK company, it proposes targeted improvement plans, and USES the tools of lean production to improve, so as to ensure the safety and order of production environment, ensure the continuity of production, improve the flexibility of the system, and finally achieve the improvement of production efficiency and cost reduction. Finally, from the aspects of team building incentive policy, enterprise culture talent cultivation and other aspects, the guarantee measures for the implementation of lean production method are formulated to ensure the smooth implementation of lean production method.
