-I- 摘要 对于企业而言,其是否能够留住人才其中一项主要的因素就是职工福利满意度。 职工福利能否达到职工内心的要求这对其在工作中的行为和态度能产生巨大的影 响。合理的职工福利往往会让员工的生活幸福指数得到提升,从而更利于积极的投 入到工作中去,能够有效地增加员工的忠诚度。通过职工福利满意度调查,可以实 时的了解到职工对职工福利有哪些要求与意见,有利于企业福利的优化以及制度的 完善,促进企业与职工之间良好的发展关系。 首先,本文综合分析和研究了国内及国外有关于职工福利满意度的的现状,确 定研究内容和研究方法。 其次通过对职工福利和满意度理论的回顾,对职工福利满意度的定义和测量、 职工满意度方法的研究情况进行了讨论,结合秦港股份七公司福利管理的现状以及 职工福利满意度现状,通过问卷的形式开展调研,并对问卷的有效性和真实性进行 分析。 再次,通过调查问卷了解七公司当前职工的福利满意度,整理分析了文章采集 的对有效问卷数据,并以此研究职工对不同维度福利的满意度,考察影响职工福利 满意度的问题以及原因。 最后,根据问题的原因,从沟通平台、职工福利项目、福利质量等方面提出提 高职工福利满意度的具体建议。 关键词:职工福利;满意度;调查问卷;层次分析法 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Fortheenterprise,oneofthemainfactorsinitsabilitytoretaintalentisemployee welfaresatisfaction.Whethertheemployee'swelfarecanmeettheemployee'sinner requirementscanhaveahugeimpactontheirbehaviorandattitudeatwork.Reasonable employeebenefitstendtoimprovetheemployee'slifehappinessindex,whichismore conducivetoactiveinvestmentinthework,andcaneffectivelyincreaseemployeeloyalty. Throughtheemployeewelfaresatisfactionsurvey,wecanknowinrealtimewhat requirementsandopinionsemployeeshaveforemployeebenefits,whichisconduciveto theoptimizationofcorporatewelfareandtheimprovementofthesystem,andpromotesa gooddevelopmentrelationshipbetweenthecompanyandemployees. Firstofall,thispapercomprehensivelyanalyzesandstudiesthecurrentsituationof employeewelfaresatisfactionathomeandabroad,anddeterminestheresearchcontent andresearchmethods. Secondly,throughthereviewofemployeewelfareandsatisfactiontheory,the definitionandmeasurementofemployeewelfaresatisfactionandtheresearchon employeesatisfactionmethodarediscussed.Combinedwiththestatusquoofwelfare managementofQinhuangdaoPort7thCompanyandthestatusquoofemployeewelfare satisfaction,Thesurveywasconductedintheformofaquestionnaireandthevalidityand authenticityofthequestionnairewereanalyzed. Thirdly,throughquestionnairestounderstandthesatisfactionofthecurrent employeesofthesevencompanies,theanalysisoftheeffectivequestionnairedata collectedbythemosquitonet,andtostudythesatisfactionofemployeesondifferent dimensionsofwelfare,toexaminetheissuesaffectingemployeewelfaresatisfactionand thereasons. Finally,accordingtothecauseoftheproblem,specificsuggestionsforimproving employeewelfaresatisfactionareproposedfromtheaspectsofcommunicationplatform, employeewelfareprogram,andwelfarequality.
