摘要 随着现代管理理念逐渐深入人心,无论国有企业或者私营企业都在逐步建立 适用企业战略发展的激励体系,在“以人为本”的理念下充分激发员工效能,实 现员工与企业共同发展之路。交通部提出的两步走实现交通强国战略目标,为城 市轨道交通行业进一步深化发展提供了良好契机,在当下环境中充分提升“人” 的主观能动性,激发人力资源带来的创造力,是企业做大做强的必由之路。 论文采用实证调查与分析方法、文献分析法、定量与定性分析法,以呼和浩 特市地铁运营有限公司为主要调研对象,对呼和浩特市地铁运营有限公司当前激 励体系进行了一番研究,研究结论如下:影响该公司当前激励体系的主要因素有 薪酬、绩效考核、晋升途径三个主要方面,主要存在问题是薪酬激励方式效果不 明显,职业晋升途径缺乏且不尽合理,绩效考核指标不科学等问题。本文针对以 上问题提出了主要从优化薪酬结构、岗位激励指标、拓宽一线生产员工晋升方向、 绩效考核流程、考核权重等方面进行优化,找到适合当前公司激励体系发展的优 化解决途径。 关键词:地铁运营公司,激励体系,薪酬体系,绩效考核 Abstract Abstract Withthemodernmanagementconceptgraduallygainingpopularity,both state-ownedenterprisesandprivateenterprisesaregraduallyestablishinganincentive systemsuitableforcorporatestrategicdevelopment,fullystimulatingemployee efficiencyunderthe"people-oriented"concept,andrealizingtheroadofcommon developmentofemployeesandenterprises.Thetwo-stepapproachproposedbythe MinistryofTransporttoachievethestrategicgoalofapowerfulcountryin transportationprovidesagoodopportunityfortheurbanrailtransitindustrytofurther deepenitsdevelopment.Itfullyenhancesthesubjectiveinitiativeof"people"inthe currentenvironmentandstimulatesthecreativitybroughtbyhumanresourcesThe onlywaytogrowbiggerandstronger. Thethesisadoptsempiricalinvestigationandanalysismethods,literature analysismethods,quantitativeandqualitativeanalysismethods,andtakesHohhot MetroOperationCo.,Ltd.asthemainresearchobjecttostudythecurrentincentive systemofHohhotMetroOperationCo.,Ltd.Theresearchconclusionsareasfollows: Themainfactorsthataffectthecompany'scurrentincentivesystemarethreemain aspects:salary,performanceevaluation,andpromotionmethods.Themainproblems arethattheeffectofsalaryincentivemethodsisnotobvious,thecareerpromotion methodsarelackingandunreasonable,andtheperformanceevaluationindicatorsare unscientific.Aimingattheaboveproblems,thispaperputsforwardoptimizationfrom theaspectsofoptimizingsalarystructure,jobincentiveindicators,broadeningthe promotiondirectionoffront-lineproductionemployees,performanceevaluation process,evaluationweight,etc.,andfindsanoptimalsolutiontothedevelopmentof thecurrentcompany'sincentivesystem.
