随着综合国力的提升,我国已经构建起一套完整的现代化教育体系。我国实 行的教育体制改革,正在逐渐放宽民间高等教育办学的门槛,促进了民办高校的 蓬勃发展,民办高职院校办学实力的提高、规模的持续扩大,为社会培养了越来 越多的优秀人才。在此形势下,社会对高职教师的素质要求相应提高,对其数量 的需求急剧增加,并对教师工作状态的稳定性赋予了越来越广泛的关注。 本文对SKJ职业学院教师的工作稳定性进行了深入研究,阐述了相关理论, 以民办教育、民办高职院校等基本概念为理论指导,从多层面、多角度分析SKJ 职业学院目前教师队伍的具体情况;采用问卷调查的方法,从工作待遇、工作内 容、人际关系、人文关怀和事业发展这五个维度,对影响高校教师队伍稳定性的 因素进行统计分析;根据描述性分析、方差分析和回归分析的结果,并结合其中 的影响因素,从教师工作待遇、教师工作内容、学院人文关怀以及教师未来事业 的规划、教师如何处理好人际关系几个方面提出了相应的建议,为提高民办职业 院校教师的工作稳定性及工作质量提供有效的参照。 关键词:SKJ职业学院;教师工作稳定性;行为角色理论;描述性分析 河北地质大学硕士学位论文 III Abstract With the improvement of comprehensive national strength, China has established a modern education system. At the same time, China has also implemented education system reforms, gradually relaxed the threshold for private education. This has led to the vigorous development of private universities and the scale of private higher vocational colleges has continued to expand. A large number of qualified personnel trained for the society. Under such a situation, the demand for high-quality teachers is very great, and the stability of teachers has therefore attracted the attention of private universities. To this end, this paper through the in-depth study of the stability of teachers in SKJ Vocational College, introduced the concept of private education, private higher vocational colleges, and combed the relevant theories; at the same time adopted the method of questionnaire survey, from a multi-faceted and multi-angle perspective to understand the current situation of the teaching staff; from the five dimensions of work treatment, work content,interpersonal relationship, human care and career development, describe the intermediate factors that affect the stability of college teachers According to the results of descriptive analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis, combined with the influencing factors, the corresponding suggestions are put forward, which provides an effective reference for improving the stability of teachers in vocational colleges.
