近年来,我国旅游业的发展已经从奢侈消费变成了百姓常态化生活。但随即 而来的景区经营管理问题也逐渐突显。樟树作为我国著名的南国药都,也是江西 历史上四大名镇之一,其旅游资源丰富,文化底蕴时候,是发展旅游业的好地方。 但是它也照样面临着人才培养的问题,从而致使景区的管理执行难、员工形象素 质能成两点、景区运营不能适应当下消费者的服务等现象。为此,本文挑选樟树 古海景区与阁皂山景区进行探究,发现问题并提出解决问题的对策与建议。 本文先采用文献研究方法,查阅、梳理、总结国内外员工培训方面理论,尤 其是旅游业相关员工培训理论,深入研究、探讨;其次,通过理论联系实践,案 例法、问卷调查法、走访面谈法等方式调查古海与阁皂山两处樟树市代表性景区 在员工培训方面的现状,并通过分析总结出:员工培训参与度较低、培训师资力 量弱、缺乏创新人才、景区对员工培训的重视程度较低、培训资金投入少分配不 合理、景区员工培训尚未成体系这6大问题。 通过对以上6大问题的探究思考,结合员工培训理论知识,提出对策与建议: 设立培训专员;深入调查培训需求;丰富师资队伍;优化培训体系;加强培训保 障。进而进行分析提出有针对性的解决方案,同时也给国内存在同样问题的其他 旅游景区以参考。 关键词:员工培训;培训体系;对策与建议 樟树市旅游景区员工培训体系现状、问题及对策研究——以古海和阁皂山景区为例 II Abstract Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofChina'stourismindustryhaschangedfrom luxuryconsumptiontonormallifeofthecommonpeople.Butimmediatelyafterthe scenicspotmanagementproblemalsograduallyhighlights.Asafamous pharmaceuticalcapitalofsouthChina,zhangshuisalsooneofthefourfamoustowns injiangxihistory.Itisagoodplacetodeveloptourismwithrichtourismresources andculturaldeposits.However,itstillfacestheproblemoftalentcultivation,which makesthemanagementandimplementationofthescenicspotdifficult,thestaff imagequalitycanbecometwopoints,andthescenicspotoperationcannotadaptto theserviceofcurrentconsumers.Therefore,thispaperselectszhangshuancientsea scenicspotandgesoapmountainscenicspottoexplore,discoverproblemsandput forwardsolutionsandSuggestions. Thispaperreviewsintheliteratureresearchmethodfirstly,tosortoutand summarizethetheoriesonstafftrainingathomeandabroad,especiallythetheories onstafftrainingrelatedtotourism,andconductsin-depthresearchanddiscussion. Secondly,throughthetheorywithpractice,caselaw,questionnaireinvestigation, visitinginterviewmethodtoinvestigatetheancientseaandcabinetsoapmountain twozhangshurepresentativescenicspotsinthecurrentsituationofstafftraining,and throughtheanalysisconcludesthatlowemployeetrainingparticipation,training teachersstrengthweak,lackofinnovativetalents,thescenicareawithlessemphasis onstafftraining,traininglessfundingallocationisnotreasonable,stafftrainingisnot yetthesixmajorproblemsintosystem. Throughfieldinvestigationanddataanalysis,weconcluded6majorproblems ofemployeetraininginGuhaiscenicspotandGezaomountainscenicspoBasedon thetheoreticalknowledgeofthestafftraining,thispaperexploresandpondersthe abovesixproblems,andputsforwardfivecountermeasuresandSuggestions:setting upthetrainingspecialist;Deeplyinvestigatetrainingneeds;Enrichingtheteaching staff;Optimizethetrainingsystem;Wewillstrengthentrainingsupport.
