I 摘要 随着国家进入经济发展新常态,在大力推行美丽中国建设的大战略下,钢铁、 焦化等传统行业的粗放型发展模式难以为继,必须进行转型发展。旭阳焦化作为国 内最大的独立焦化企业,近年来,不断通过加大资金投入、引入新技术、引入核心 人才,实施智能化改造等手段,提高资源利用率、降低污染排放,促进企业低碳发 展。本文根据企业低碳绿色发展的现状,运用战略管理理论,通过全面分析当前内 外环境,从低碳经济发展的视角,为企业发展长远规划和发展提供途径和措施,具 有较强的现实意义。 首先,本文介绍了选题背景、研究意义和国内外低碳发展战略的研究现状、取 得的成果;详细介绍了企业发展战略方面的基本理论和方法,并从行业角度指出焦 化企业存在的主要问题,并指出了旭阳焦化的优劣,为该公司企业战略提供了理论 基矗 其次,本文结合国家产业政策和外部竞争环境现状,以及焦化行业及煤化工上 下游发展的现状,通过五力模型分析了旭阳焦化优劣势情况,介绍了旭阳公司在低 碳运行方面取得的成绩,明确了当前焦化行业现阶段发展存在的主要矛盾和解决途 径。 再次,结合企业实际情况制定了企业低碳发展战略方针和总体目标,制定了优 化产业布局和生产链条延伸、预警监测监控、资源利用、绿色运输结构、环境风险 防控等方面战略实施方案。 最后,结合河北中煤旭阳焦化有限公司工作的实际情况,在组织架构保障、融 资保障、技术创新和文化积累与传承等方面,制定了详细可行的保障措施,促进战 略有效实施。 关键词:旭阳焦化;低碳经济;发展战略;煤化工 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 II Abstract With the country entering the new normal of economic development, and under the great strategy of vigorously promoting the construction of a beautiful China, the extensive development mode of traditional industries such as steel, coking, etc. is difficult to continue, so it is necessary to carry out transformation and development。 In recent years, Xuyang coking, as the largest independent coking enterprise in China,has been increasing capital investment, introducing new technology, introducing core talents, implementing intelligent transformation and other means to improve resource utilization, reduce pollution emissions,and promote low-carbon development of enterprises. According to the current situation of low-carbon and green development of enterprises, this paper uses the theory of strategic management, through a comprehensive analysis of the current internal and external environment, from the perspective of low-carbon economic development, to provide ways and measures for the long-term planning and development of enterprises, which has strong practical significance。 First of all, this paper introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the research, the research status and achievements of the low-carbon development strategy at home and abroad; introduces the basic theories and methods of the enterprise development strategy in detail, and points out the main problems existing in the coking enterprise from the perspective of the industry, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of Xuyang coking, which provides the theoretical basis for the enterprise strategy of the company。 Secondly, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Xuyang coking industry through five forces model, introduces the achievements of Xuyang company in low-carbon operation, and clarifies the main contradictions and solutions in the current development of the coking industry。 Thirdly, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, the strategic policy and overall goal of low-carbon development of the enterprise are formulated, and the strategic implementation plan of optimizing industrial layout and production chain Abstract III extension,early warning monitoring and monitoring,resource utilization,green transportation structure, environmental risk prevention and control are formulated。 Finally, combined with the actual situation of the work of Hebei ZhongmeiXuyang Coking Co., Ltd., in terms of organizational structure guarantee, financing guarantee, technological innovation and cultural accumulation and inheritance,detailed and feasible guarantee measures are formulated to promote the effective implementation of the strategy。 Key words: Xuyang coking; low carbon economy;development strategy; coal chemical industry。 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 IV 目 录 摘要 ...............................................................................................................................
