本文ZB数据科技股份有限公司属于系统集成和软件开发传统IT公司,原有的发展 战略,现有的组织架构、业务模式、以及人才结构,均已不能满足公司持续发展的需要, 导致2018年经营业绩大幅下滑,公司生存面临挑战,需要制定新的发展战略。 本文基于ZB数据科技股份有限公司的实际运营情况,运用企业发展战略管理的基 本理论和分析工具,对ZB数据科技股份有限公司的发展战略进行研究,针对公司所处 市场环境和细分行业等开展分析,调整和制定符合公司的发展战略。采用了PEST、波 特五力模型和SWOT等分析方法,对ZB公司面临的外部竞争环境和内部条件进行了分 析,明确ZB公司拥有的核心竞争力,制定适合ZB公司发展的战略。从组织架构、文 化、财务、制度等层面进行设计,为新的发展战略实施制定保障措施。 本文通过对ZB公司发展战略的研究,为ZB公司下一步的发展指明了方向,也为 类似企业的战略管理提供参考意义。 关键词:战略实施;发展战略;战略管理 II Abstract ZB Data Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in this paper belongs to the traditional IT company of system integration and software development. The original development strategy, the existing organizational structure, business model and talent structure can no longer meet the needs of the company's sustainable development, resulting in a significant decline in business performance in 2018, the company's survival is facing challenges, and new development strategies need to be formulated. Based on the actual operation of ZB Data Science and Technology Co., Ltd., this paper studies the development strategy of ZB Data Science and Technology Co., Ltd. by using the basic theory and analysis tools of enterprise development strategy management, carries out analysis on the market environment and subdividing industries of ZB Data Science and Technology Co., Ltd., adjusts and formulates the development battle in line with the company. Slightly. By using PEST, Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis methods, the external competitive environment and internal conditions faced by ZB company are analyzed, the core competitiveness of ZB company is defined, and the development strategy suitable for ZB company is formulated. From the organizational structure, culture, finance, system and other aspects of the design, for the implementation of the new development strategy to develop safeguards. Through the research on the development strategy of ZB Company, this paper points out the direction for the next development of ZB Company, and also provides reference for the strategic management of similar enterprises.
