互联网金融企业和传统商业银行之间不是“零和博弈”的情境,相对于传统金 融服务产品,互联网金融理财产品的替代性更强。在此背景下,受制于互联网金融 逐步逼近的市场压力,传统商业银行想要从容应对并扭转逆境,就必须积极地进行 改革与创新。因此,商业银行必须改变“傍大款、垒大户、靠资源、吃利差”的传 统的商业银行业务运营模式,积极采取措施应对互联网金融产品带来的危机和挑 战。近年来,我国互联网金融的发展势头尤其迅猛,然而随着中国特色社会主义市 场经济体制的不断完善,使我国互联网金融发展的行业环境逐步规范,但同时又出 现了新的问题。以小额信贷业务的发展为视角,互联网金融催生了种类繁多的业务 产品,然而由于行业监管缺失等因素的影响,使得商业银行小额信贷业务风险事件 频发,不利于商业银行实现可持续运营。 本研究以T农商银行为研究案例,探究互联网金融下商业银行小额信贷业务发 展策略,系统梳理了互联网金融概念、小额信贷业务相关概念和理论,在此基础上 引出互联网金融下商业银行小额信贷业务发展相关问题。基于以上内容的阐述,综 合运用SWOT分析工具和PEST分析法,对T农商银行小额信贷业务现状进行分析, 并深入分析T农商银行小额信贷业务发展所面临的外部环境和经营环境。基于对T 农商银行小额信贷业务现状分析,挖掘T农商银行小额信贷业务在互联网金融背景 下发展存在的问题,包括缺乏良好的宏观环境、自身制度策略的滞后、对互联网金 融发展反应迟缓等。针对上述T农商银行小额信贷业务现状和问题的探究,从坚持 自主经营与宏观政策相协调的策略、完善当前小额信贷政策和策略,夯实竞争基储 积极融入互联网金融的发展趋势、注重客户资源的开发与维护及农商银行内部调整 和创新,以构建完善的T农商银行小额信贷业务发展策略体系。 关键词:互联网金融;小额信贷;T农商银行 II Abstract Thereisno“zero-sumgame”betweenInternetfinancialenterprisesandtraditional commercialbanksparedwithtraditionalfinancialserviceproducts,thealternative ofInternetfinancialwealthmanagementproductsisstronger.Inthiscontext,subjectto themarketpressurethatInternetfinanceisapproaching,traditionalcommercialbanks mustactivelycarryoutreformsandinnovationsinordertocopewithandreversethe adversity.Therefore,thesmallandmediumcommercialbanksmustchangethetraditional commercialbankingbusinessoperationmodeof“bigmoney,largehouseholds,resources andeatingspreads”,andactivelytakemeasurestodealwiththecrisisandchallenges broughtbyInternetfinancialproducts.Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofChina's Internetfinancehasbeenparticularlyrapid.However,withthecontinuousimprovement ofthesocialistmarketeconomicsystemwithChinesecharacteristics,theindustry environmentforthedevelopmentofChina'sInternetfinancehasgraduallybeen standardized,butatthesametimenewproblemshaveemerged.Fromtheperspectiveof thedevelopmentofmicrocreditbusiness,Internetfinancehasspawnedawidevarietyof businessproducts.However,duetofactorssuchasthelackofindustrysupervision,the riskofmicrocreditbusinessofthesmallandmediumcommercialbanksisfrequent, whichisnotconducivetothesustainableoperationofthesmallandmediumcommercial banks. ThisstudytakesT-RuralCommercialBankasacasestudy,exploresthemicrocredit developmentstrategyofthesmallandmediumcommercialbanksunderinternetfinance, systematicallysortsouttheconceptofInternetfinance,theconceptsandtheoriesof micro-financeofthesmallandmediumcommercialbanks,andonthisbasisleadsto Internetfinance.Thedevelopmentofmicro-financeinthesmallandmediumcommercial banks.Basedontheabove-mentionedcontent,theSWOTanalysistoolandthePEST methodareusedtoanalyzethedevelopmentstatusofthemicrocreditbusinessofT-Rural CommercialBankandanalyzetheexternalenvironmentandbusinessenvironmentfaced bythedevelopmentofthemicro-creditbusinessofT-RuralCommercialBank.Basedon theanalysisofthecurrentsituationofthemicro-financebusinessofT-CommerceBank, theproblemsinthedevelopmentofbankmicrocreditbusinessareexcavated,including thelackofagoodmacroenvironment,thelagofitsowninstitutionalstrategy,andthe slowresponsetothedevelopmentofInternetfinance.Inresponsetotheabove-mentioned researchonthestatusquoandproblemsofthemicro-financebusinessoftheRural III CommercialBank,wewilladheretothestrategyofcoordinatingself-management andmacro-policy,improvethecurrentmicrocreditpolicyandstrategy,consolidatethe competitivefoundation,activelyintegrateintothedevelopmenttrendofInternetfinance, andfocusoncustomers.Thedevelopmentandmaintenanceofresourcesandtheinternal adjustmentandinnovationoftheRuralCommercialBanktobuildasoundT-banking micro-financebusinessdevelopmentstrategysystem.
