I 摘要 改革开放几十年来,伴随着国民经济高速发展,建筑施工行业度过了黄金年代, 施工技术水平逐渐步入世界领先水平。建造过程涉及资源广,建筑质量关系着人们 的人身及财产安全,重大质量事故将造成不可估量的损失。技术水平和管理水平同 时影响着建筑质量,质量不仅是施工总承包企业的社会责任,同时也是企业核心竞 争力的一个指标。近年来,我国电子产业技术水平高速发展,各地正在兴建和计划 兴建越来越多的电子厂房。电子厂房施工难度大、工艺复杂,对建造质量的要求更 是苛刻,轻微质量不合格将可能造成不可弥补的损伤。电子厂房建设项目不仅考验 着施工总承包企业的技术水平,同时要求企业具有极高的项目质量管理能力。 本文以GF厂房建设项目为研究对象,站在施工总承包单位的角度进行项目质 量管理研究。首先对相关项目质量管理理论知识及研究文献进行梳理、分析,总结 经验教训,汲取理论依据。接着针对GF厂房建设项目的特性,从项目质量管理五 个影响因素出发,分析该项目存在的质量管理难点,充分考虑质量管理难点,对该 厂房建设项目进行质量管理策划,建立项目质量管理组织架构,确定质量管理制度 及质量保证措施;围绕全面质量管理理论,利用因素分析法确定项目质量控制关键 点,按照三阶段质量控制原理,通过事前、事中、事后质量管理控制方式对该项目 进行质量控制,并对该项目洁净室系统安装工程等重点、难点工程进行实际质量控 制实施分析。GF厂房建设项目质量管理效果良好,达到既定质量目标。管理过程 中针对 GF厂房建设项目新建规模大、涉及专业广、施工工序异常复杂、参建人员 多等特性,建立了独特的项目质量管理架构,将设计单位项目人员直接纳入总承包 单位项目质量管理架构,提高了质量管理响应能力。提出—分专业、二分工段、三 分部位、四分工种“四分原则”,落实质量管理责任,有效的减少了因工艺复杂而引 起的质量通病出现。项目团队严格落实奖惩制度,及时兑现奖励,充分调动了管理 人员和施工队伍的积极性。 研究使得施工总承包企业保值、保量、高效的完成了GF厂房建设项目,在一 定程度上提高了企业质量管理水平,同时研究成果对于遇类似项目的施工总承包 企业,具有较高的借鉴意义和参考价值。 关键词:项目管理、质量管理、质量控制、厂房建设项目 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT In the decades of reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the national economy, the construction industry has passed the golden age, and the level of construction technology has gradually entered the world's leading level. In recent years, the technological level of China's electronics industry has developed rapidly, and more and more electronics factories are being constructed and planned in various places. The construction of electronic workshops is difficult, the technology is complex, and the requirements for construction quality are even more stringent. Minor quality failures may cause irreparable damage. The electronic plant construction project not only tests the technical level of the construction general contractor, but also requires the enterprise to have a very high project quality management ability. This article takes the GF plant construction project as the research object, and carries out project quality management research from the perspective of the general construction contractor. First, sort out and analyze the relevant project quality management theoretical knowledge and research literature, summarize experiences and lessons, and draw theoretical basis. Then according to the characteristics of the GF plant construction project, starting from the five influencing factors of project quality management, analyze the quality management difficulties of the project, fully consider the quality management difficulties, carry out quality management planning for the plant construction project, and establish a project quality management organization structure , Determine the quality management system and quality assurance measures; around the comprehensive quality management theory, use the factor analysis method to determine the key points of project quality control, according to the three-stage quality control principle, the quality of the project before, during, and after the quality management control method Control, and analyze the actual quality control of key and difficult projects such as the clean room system installation project of the project.
