信息化技术的发展为供水企业改革带来了的契机,信息化在一定的深度和广 度上利用计算机技术、网络技术和数据库技术,可以实现信息数据的动态更新与 共享,可以将实时的信息准确及时的传递到决策人员手中,对于供水管网的运行 有着极大的推动作用,因此,实现我国城乡供水系统的信息化,来有效保障我国 城乡安全供水、提高城乡供水的技术服务水平和管理效率、改善城乡供水系统水 质,成为城乡供水行业的重要技术任务。 供水企业因为是民生企业,有着其特殊的企业结构及研究意义。供水企业中, 相对于销售来说,成本的控制是更加重要的,而成本占比相对较重的,则是供水 管网的相关项目。城乡中的供水管网系统是现代城乡重要的生命线基础工程,伴 随着我们国家经济的快速稳定的发展,各个城市新建地块的规模在逐步扩大,导 致地下供水管线也开始变得越来越错综复杂。而如今城乡居民对公共用水的使用 安全性、可靠性以及经济性等都提出了更高的技术要求,对现代城乡供水系统的 日常抢修与维修、改扩建等也提出了更艰巨的技术挑战。而地下供水管网作为城 市地下管线系统中的重要组成部分,规模庞大数量多,结构具有复杂性,却又是 直接维系着所有城乡居民生活、生产的重要血脉。随着智慧城乡、城镇化的高速 推进发展,传统的城乡供水管网管理技术和生产手段与当前快速发展的市场需要 越来越不相适应。信息化如何服务于供水管网的问题随之而来。 本文在充分借鉴国内外前人科学研究成果之上,运用基础管理学等领域相关 基础理论,利用研究成本效益的科学方法,以CZ自来水公司供水管网信息化系统 建设过程中遇到的一系列实际问题为前提,提出了信息化如何对供水管网产生影 响的问题,以信息化对供水管网漏损率产生的重要作用为主要切入点,对供水管 网日常的运营、维修、抢修、改造等方面产生的影响进行分析,同时研究了信息 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文 II 化与企业管理的各要素之间相互影响、相互协调适应的基本关系,最后通过结合 当前企业的内外部运行管理环境,在企业工作流程,管理机制等方面分别提出了 一些符合实际的优化建议和企业所需要的保障措施。 论文的研究对于供水行业的发展起到了一定的抛砖引玉的作用,而对于具体 供水管网的运营具有指导性价值。 关键词:企业信息化,供水管网,效益分析 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文 IV ABSTRACT The development of information technology has brought opportunities for the reform of water supply enterprises. By using computer technology, network technology and database technology in a certain depth and breadth, information technology can realize the dynamic update and sharing of information data, and can accurately and timely deliver real-time information to decision-makers, which has a great role in promoting the operation of water supply network, It has become an important technical task for urban and rural water supply industry to realize the informatization of urban and rural water supply system in order to effectively guarantee the safe water supply in urban and rural areas, improve the technical service level and management efficiency of urban and rural water supply, and improve the water quality of urban and rural water supply system. Because water supply enterprises are people's livelihood enterprises, they have their special enterprise structure and research significance. In water supply enterprises, cost control is more important than sales, and the relatively heavy cost proportion is related projects of water supply network. The water supply network system in urban and rural areas is an important lifeline foundation project in modern urban and rural areas. The problem of how information serves the water supply network is followed.
