KM中医医院始建于1956年，历经七十余年的发展，目前是一所 “三级甲等中医 医院”。医院结合中医药文化形成了自身的医院文化。医院秉承着“究医术之精，谋大 医之德”的院训，不断改善医疗服务，不断推动医疗事业发展，为中国卫生健康事业 做出了巨大的贡献。 近年来医院的文化建设脱离了医院工作重心，导致相关工作推进缓慢，医院文化 已经无法适应医院的变化与发展，医院缺乏内在动力，逐步与其他医院同质化，丧失 了原本的独特文化氛围和行业地位。重新重视医院文化建设，改革医院文化建设，成 为医院发展的当务之急。 本文首先通过对中医药文化和医院文化相关研究进行分析，明确中医医院文化的 概念及内涵。再通过分析KM中医医院的医院文化现状及问题，对医院的文化建设进行 重新定位，确立符合医院发展、突出医院自身特色、融合中医药传统文化的医院文化 体系。最后针对KM中医医院的地区影响力和示范效应，研究KM中医医院文化建设对 其他医院的示范作用，带动云南地区中医医院文化建设发展。 关键词：中医药文化；KM中医医院；文化建设；对策及建议 昆明理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 KM中医医院文化建设研究 II Abstract KM municipal hospital of TCM was founded in 1956.has more than seventy years history, it is a third-grade class-A hospital at present. hospital nurtured a unique culture with TCM culture.
