随着世界经济增长速度减缓,经营成本日益高涨,国外制糖业企业面 临诸多困难与挑战,中国制糖业企业整体经营也陷入迷茫,N糖业股份有限 公司作为广西本土知名上市制糖业企业,一路发展壮大,有过辉煌,也有 过迷茫,如今作为中国制糖业重要一员,经营也陷入艰难的困境,因此高 屋建瓴的企业战略管理分析有助于我们从发展的角度对企业做深入分析, 深入有效的战略管理分析能让管理层做出最优战略选择,并为其带领企业 走出困境打下坚实的理论基础。本论文主要通过深入分析N糖业有限股份 有限公司日常经营的外部环境和内部资源能力,找出影响其发展的关键环 境因素,再科学地运用 SWOT 分析方法,对N糖业有限股份有限公司内外 的机会、威胁、优势、劣势进行综合分析,并根据分析结果做出最适合企 业发展的战略选择,同时对企业提出发展的战略保障实施建议。优秀的战 略管理系统是企业向前发展和持续盈利的重要保障体系,完整的管理系统 一般会制定战略计划,再对企业的战略计划加以有效的分析、监督与控制, 特别是对企业现有资源能力进行深入识别并规范业务发展方向,最终让企 业实现中长期发展目标。本论文希望通过对企业进行合理的战略管理分析, 让企业做出最优的战略发展规划,最终让企业走出困境。 关键词:N糖业股份有限公司;战略管理分析;战略选择 II THE RESEARCH ON THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF N SUGAR CO. LTD ABSTRACT As the growth rate of the world economy slows down, the operating cost rises day by day, foreign sugar enterprises face many difficulties and challenges, and the whole operation of Chinese sugar enterprises is confused. N Sugar Co., Ltd., as a well-known listed sugar industry in Guangxi, has been growing, brilliant and confused. and lay a solid theoretical foundation for it to lead enterprises out of difficulties. This paper mainly through in-depth analysis of the external environment and internal resource capacity of the daily operation of N Sugar Co., Ltd., to find out the key environmental factors affecting its development, and then scientifically use the SWOT analysis method to make a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages inside and outside of N Sugar Co., Ltd., and make the most suitable strategic choice for the development of the enterprise according to the analysis results, at the same time put forward the strategic guarantee implementation suggestions for the development of the enterprise.An excellent strategic management system is an important guarantee system for enterprises to develop forward and continue to make profits. A complete management system will generally formulate strategic plans, and then effectively analyze, supervise and control the strategic plans of enterprises, especially to identify the existing III resource capacity of enterprises in depth and standardize the direction of business development, and finally let enterprises achieve medium- and long-term development goals.This paper hopes to make the best strategic development plan through the reasonable strategic management analysis of the enterprise, and finally let the enterprise out of the predicament.
