团险是一个企业为员工充实福利体系的重要部分之一,其重要性越来越成为各个企 业关注的焦点,各大保险公司的团险业务也成为越来越重要的业务之一,在团险业务快 速发展中面临着巨大的机遇,当然同样也存在着一定的挑战和风险。在团险发展过程中, 就有团险业务部绩效考核面临的困难,而且是比较大的难题之一。 首先通过文献查阅法,从绩效考核的国内外研究现状着手,分别介绍了国内和国外 关于绩效考核的研究状况,又进一步阐述了绩效考核的相关理论,为下一步的研究奠定 了坚实的理论基础。其次通过运用问卷调查法、深度访谈法,对A保险公司团险业务部 目前的绩效考核体系进行了详细的分析,提出了团险业务部的绩效考核体系所面临的五 大问题,即:考核定位较为模糊、员工对绩效考核缺乏认知度、没有随公司战略的更新 而改变、缺乏对销售人员的指导作用、缺乏一定的沟通及反馈。针对这些问题,从设计 目标、设计原则、思路、指标内容、权重设计、考核方法、结果应用等几个方面展开研 究,对A保险公司团险业务部的绩效考核体系进行了优化和改善,最后分别从组织、文 化、制度和技术几个方面提出了保障绩效考核体系得以顺利推行和实施的相关措施,对 我国保险公司建立有效的团险业务部绩效考核体系有很好的借鉴意义。 关键词:保险公司;团险;绩效考核 研究类型:专题研究 Subject:StudyonthePerformanceAppraisalSystemoftheGroup InsuranceBusinessDepartmentofanInsuranceCompany Specialty:MasterofBusinessAdministration Name:XuXiaomeng(Signature) Instructor:GuoLi(Signature) ABSTRACT Groupinsuranceisoneoftheimportantpartsofthewelfaresystemthatanenterprise enrichesforitsemployees.So,thegroupinsurancebusinessofmajorinsurancecompanies hasbecomeoneofthemoreandmoreimportantbusiness.Therapiddevelopmentofgroup insurancebusinessfacesgreatopportunities,buttherearealsocertainchallengesandrisks.In thedevelopmentprocessofgroupinsurance,therearedifficultiesintheperformance assessmentofthegroupinsurancebusinessdepartment,whichisoneofthebiggerproblems. Thispaperfirstintroducesthedomesticandforeignresearchstatusofperformance appraisalthroughliteraturereview,andfurtherelaboratestherelevanttheoriesofperformance appraisal,layingasolidtheoreticalfoundationforthenextresearch.Thesecondisbyusing themethodofquestionnaireanddepthinterview,withAgroupofaninsurancecompany businessdepartmentpresentperformanceappraisalsystemhascarriedonthedetailedanalysis, putforwardthegroupinsurancedepartmentperformanceappraisalsystemfacingthefive problems,namely:theevaluationtohaveclearpositioning,employeeperformanceappraisal isAlackofawareness,nochangewiththeupdatingofcorporatestrategy,lackofsalesstaff guidance,lackofcommunicationandfeedback.Tosolvetheseproblems,fromthedesigngoal, designprinciple,trainofthought,content,weightofdesign,evaluationmethods,the applicationstudyofseveralaspects,suchas,toAgroupofaninsurancecompanybusiness departmentperformanceevaluationsystemisoptimizedandimproved,finallyrespectively fromtheaspectsoforganization,culture,systemandtechnologyofseveralproposedsecurity performanceappraisalsystemtocarryoutandimplementrelevantmeasures,establish effectiveinsurancecompanyinthegroupinsurancedepartmentperformanceevaluation systemhasagoodreference.
