S 银行中小企业贷款业务发展策略研究 随着国内经济蓬勃发展及国家政策的积极扶持,中小企业在经济和社会发展中的 地位与作用日益增强,其已经 成为支撑国家经济持续高速增长、缓解社会就业压力、 改善社会经济结构的重要力量。同时,中小企业发展中,“融资难”问题仍十分突出, 成为制约其持续发展的“瓶颈”。 如何推进普惠金融,更好的服务中小企业,推进中小 企业贷款业务快速健康发展,是金融机构普遍关心的问题。 基于这一背景,本论文对 S 银行中小企业贷款业务发展策略进行 研究,希望通过 研究,发现 S 银行面向中小企业贷款的问题及导致问题的原因,进而提出优化中小企 业贷款业务的策略,以研究为对 S 银行中小企业贷款业务发展提供思路借 鉴,并未同 类银行中下企业贷款业务提供资料参考,实现研究指导实践的价值。 研究发现,S 银行中小企业贷款业务发展中,存在中小企业贷款产品不符合需求、 贷款审批效率 低、贷款风险高及服务渠道相对偏少等问题。这些问题主要是因为 S 银 行员工中小企业贷款策略不合理、审批人员能力素质及审批方式不满足需求、贷款风 险管理方法落后及基 础设施不完善导致的。 研究进一步分析 S 银行中小企业贷款业务发展的宏观环境及竞争环境,提出 S 银 行中小企业贷款业务发展的 SWOT 矩阵,确定 S 银行中小企业贷款业务 发展中,适合打 选择 WO 战略,以集中化策略为主,集中资源改进银行发展问题,打造竞争优势。在贷 款业务实施中,根据客户需求,将中小企业客户按资产需求分为四类,根 据客户特征 提供服务,并将产品研发与贷款服务及管理工作分配给不同的部门,提高管理的专业 性。产品方面,应该基于客户特征,完善产品设计及管理,制定区域性授信策略 ;贷 款审批中,优化贷款审批管理方法,借助互联网金融提高审批效率;贷款风险管理策 略中,注重信息收集和交流机制管理,注重风险关系管理,推行数字风控策略,完善 风 险补偿策略;贷款服务策略方面,应该基于中小企业的特征给予差异化的服务,并 提供信息服务和电子银行服务。此外,S 银行中小企业贷款业务发展策略实施中,还应 该从思 想层面、技术层面、财务层面及人力资源层面给予保障。 关键词: S 银行,中小企业,贷款业务,发展策略III Abstract Research on the Development Strategy of S Bank's SME Loan Business With the vigorous development of domestic economy and the active support of national policies, the position and role of small and medium-sized enterprises in economic and social development are increasing day by day. It has become an important force to support the sustained and rapid economic growth of the country, alleviate the pressure of social employment and improve the social and economic structure. At the same time, in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the problem of "financing difficulty" is still very prominent, which becomes the "bottleneck" restricting its sustainable development ". How to promote inclusive finance, better serve small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the rapid and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises loan business is a common concern of financial institutions. On the basis of this background, this paper studies the development strategy of SME loan business in S Bank, hoping to find out the problems and causes of SME loan in S Bank, and then puts forward the strategy of optimizing SME loan business. In order to provide ideas for the development of SME loan business in S Bank, it does not provide reference for similar banks. S the development of small and medium-sized enterprises' loan business, it is found that the loan products of small and medium-sized enterprises do not meet the demand, the loan approval efficiency is low, the loan risk is high, and the service channel is relatively small. All these problems are mainly caused by the unreasonable loan strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises in S bank employees, the failure of the examination and approval personnel's ability quality and the examination and approval method to meet the demand, the backward loan risk management method and the imperfect infrastructure. This paper analyzes the macro environment and competitive environment of the credit business development of small and medium-sized enterprises in S banks, puts forward the SWOT matrix of the credit business development of small and medium-sized enterprises in S banks, and determines that in the development of credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises in banks, it is suitable to choose the WO strategy. Centralized strategy, centralized resources to improve the development of the company, to create a competitive advantage. In the implementation of credit business, according to customerIV demand, small and medium-sized enterprises customers are divided into four categories according to asset demand, provide services according to customer characteristics, and assign product development and credit services and management work to different departments. Improve the professionalism of management. Product aspects, should be based on customer characteristics, improve Product design and management, formulate regional credit strategy;optimize credit approval management methods, improve approval efficiency with Internet finance; credit risk management strategy, pay attention to information collection and exchange mechanism management, Pay attention to risk relationship management, carry out digital wind control strategy and perfect risk compensation strategy. Besides, S the implementation of the credit development strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises in banks, we should guarantee it from the aspects of thought, technology, finance and human resources.
