I 摘要 可持续发展是社会与企业发展必须要遵循的重要理念,当前人类社会发展面临着 环境资源的压力,如何实现低能耗、低污染、高效益的经济发展模式成为关键。木业 文化和技艺,作为中华民族的名片传承千年,其精湛的制作工艺深受国际社会的广泛 赞誉。但随着国家环保政策的不断完善,传统木业在资源利用、加工工艺等方面仍未 摆脱粗放生产模式,在绿色发展理念深入人心以及人民群众环保意识越发强烈的当 下,木业企业面临着巨大的压力和挑战。QH木业有限公司是一家以木制品加工为主 的中小型企业,相较国内外知名木业和家具企业,长期以来QH木业都存在工艺水平 落后、技术含量低、环保达标难、企业管理者与员工环保意识差等问题。2017年QH 木业在中央环保督察中被地方政府纳入环保整改名单,停产数月造成上百万经济损 失。在此背景下,QH木业有限公司必须主动改变生产方式,践行绿色发展。 本文以可持续发展理论、企业环境责任伦理理论以及企业战略管理理论为基础, 对企业绿色发展战略的内涵、特征以及内容、企业开展绿色发展战略必要性进行阐述, 并对QH木业有限公司绿色发展环境进行SWOT分析,总结归纳QH木业有限公司发 展存在的主要难题,从QH木业有限公司绿色发展战略制定、战略评估、战略选择以 及公司层、业务层、职能层战略实施等方面提出QH木业有限公司绿色发展战略的实 施方案,为其他中小型木业公司转变发展方式提供有益的借鉴。 关键词:绿色发展战略;环境保护;可持续发展 论文类型:专题研究 西南科技大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT Sustainabledevelopmentisanimportantconceptthatmustbefollowedbythe developmentofsocietyandenterprises.Atpresent,thedevelopmentofhumansocietyis facingthepressureoftheenvironment.Howtorealizetheeconomicdevelopmentmodeof lowenergyconsumption,lowpollutionandhighefficiencybecomesmoreandmore important.Woodindustryasatraditionalindustrywhichhasthousandsofyearsofhistory inChina,ourtraditionalwoodproductiontechnologyhasbeenwidelypraisedbythe internationalcommunity.Woodindustryasourculturalcard,hasaglorioushistoryand civilization.However,withthedevelopmentofmodernwoodindustry,woodindustryis facinggreatpressureontheroadofresourceutilization,environmentaldestructionand sustainabledevelopment.Underthecurrentnationalmacro-policyandtherequirementsof environmentalprotectionanddevelopment,woodindustryenterprisesarefacing tremendouspressure.Environmentalprotection,low-carboneconomyandhealthandsafety arethethemesofeconomicdevelopment.Accordingtotherequirementsofthe CopenhagenClimateConference,inordertoachievethegoalofcarbondioxideemission reductionin2020,Chinamustcarryoutthegreenenvironmentalprotectiontestinthe nationaleconomyindustry,acceleratetheupgradingandtransformationofindustry, implementthegreendevelopmentstrategy,promotethedevelopmentofsocialeconomy, andatthesametime,effectivelyprotectit.Protecttheenvironment. Onthebasisofsustainabledevelopmenttheory,environmentalethicstheoryandenterprise strategicmanagementtheory,thispaperexpoundstheconnotation,characteristicsand contentofenterprisegreendevelopmentstrategyandthenecessityofenterprisedeveloping greendevelopmentstrategy,andusesempiricalanalysismethodtoanalyzetheexternaland internalenvironmentalfactorsofQHWoodIndustryCo.,Ltd.greendevelopmentstrategy, andsummarizestheconclusion.ThemainproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentofQH WoodIndustryCo.,Ltd.areputforwardfromtheaspectsofgreendevelopmentstrategy formulation,strategicevaluation,strategicchoiceandstrategicimplementationofcompany level,businesslevelandfunctionallevel,whichcanprovideusefulreferenceforother woodindustrycompaniesinChina.
