随着现代化经济的日益发展,人们生活水平得到了极大的提升,人们的传统 思想也得到全面解放,对医疗服务提出了更高的标准和要求。自2016年1月以来, 政府正式出台并全面实施“二胎”政策之后,社会上出现了各种各样“二胎”的概念, 而在各种嘈杂的声音归于平静之后,商家发现这个政策不但是新时代的国策,它 也为医疗行业带来了新的商机,但是生孩子不是流水生产线,它的盈利周期相对 较长,因此未来的几年很有可能会是第四轮婴儿潮的一个起点! 依照我国对独生子女实施的强制性和奖励性政策来看,既然现已全面放开二 胎,那国家也有可能出台鼓励生二胎的政策,但无论国家政策决策如何更改,现 在的人们都更加相信科学的力量,对于自身健康的关注度也日益增加,随之而来 的就加强了其对医院的依赖感。而在这个二胎产业链中,很有可能出现:生育-- 医疗和婴儿食品--婴儿娱乐周边—儿童产业链,整个行业启动的标志是新生儿绝 对数量的大幅度提升,但在生育环节,政策放开之后,听到最多的是生不起,养 不起的声音,而在适龄生育人群中,最积极响应政策的是高收入人群(没有成本 压力)和低收入人群(有没有政策都要生),反而中产阶级始终保持着观望的态 度,顺着这个逻辑思考下去不难发现,高端妇产医院绝对是生育二胎政策最大、 最快的受益者。 蚌埠玛丽妇产医院是本省首家具有国际化医疗水平的民营妇产专科医院,它 由香港玛丽集团和香港大学李嘉诚医学院合力打造,并参照我国对三甲级专科医 院的评审标准而建立,不但符合我国对JCI医院的评审标准,也符合世界卫生组 织的行业标准。如今,蚌埠玛丽妇产医院已经运行了三年有余,在社会各界积攒 了一定的口碑,从现有的情况不难看出,其外部市场经营过程和内部管理以及自 身品牌的建立是相当成功的,但是反观其业绩状况,却并不是很尽如人意。本文 从人力资源管理角度出发对玛丽妇产医院现有的决策模型,发展战略规划以及渠 道建设等问题进行了深度研究。 关键词:决策模型;战略规划;人力资源管理 2 Abstract People's living standard has been improved greatly,with the increasing development of economy modernization,which has also emancipated people's traditional thinking and put forward higher standards and requirements for medical services.After the official communique of the communist party plenary meeting in January 2016 officially announced the implementation of two children's policies,a variety of two-child concepts have emerged in the market. Mary maternity hospital is the first private maternity hospital in the province with international health care,and it was built by the Hong Kong Mary group and the university of Hong Kong university,according to the world health organization (WHO) standards and JCI hospital accreditation standards,combined with China's first-class ternary specialized subject hospital evaluation standard construction of the first international maternity hospital of BengBu area.The operation of the hospital in the external market from the present situation to analysis is relatively successful,has established a certain reputation in the society,but from the performance analysis,is not very ideal.
