随着经济全球化的快速发展和人工智能、移动互联网等技术的快速应用,企 业面临的市场竞争日益激烈。企业必须跟上时代的步伐,狠抓质量管理,不断创 新发展,才能在激烈的市场竞争中赢得市场。 论文以山东省罗邦生物农药公司为研究对象,采用现场调研和个别访谈的方 式对该公司的质量管理现状进行调研。研究发现,该公司生产质量管理中存在一 些突出的问题,包括偏差管理问题、产品投诉问题、变更管理问题以及质量验证 问题。原因主要在于设备陈旧、生产工艺过于公司管理层质量意识淡薄、对质量 培训工作不够重视、现场管理水平相对较低,以及罗邦生物农药公司现行的质量 管理体系在执行过程中还存在着较为明显的不足。论文借助全面质量管理理论、 “PDCA”循环模型、“六西格玛”理论和“DMAIC”模型等理论,为罗邦公司农 药产品生产项目质量管理的改善提出以下对策:(1)优化设备工艺、提高标准 操作流程等手段;(2)从管理层到基层员工,全员提高全面质量管理的意识; (3)强化 5S 管理现场;(4)强化农药产品生产批记录管理;(5)建立稳定有 效的生产管理制度,提升管理团队的综合管理能力,较少消费者的投诉;(6) 构建科学的质量体系。 论文提出的对策,对提升罗邦公司的产品质量、提高罗邦公司的市场竞争能 力,具有一定的应用价值。 关键词:质量管理;企业管理;全面管理;现场管理Abstract With the rapid development of economic globalization and the rapid application of artificial intelligence, mobile Internet and other technologies, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition. Enterprises must keep up with the pace of the times, pay close attention to quality management and constantly innovate and develop in order to win the market in the fierce market competition. This paper takes Luobang Biopesticide Company of Shandong Province as the research object, adopts the field investigation and individual interview to investigate the present situation of the quality management of the company. It is found that there are some outstanding problems in the quality management of production project, including deviation management, product complaint, change management and quality verification. The main reason is that the equipment is old, the production process is too weak quality consciousness of the management of the company, the quality training work is not paid enough attention to, and the field management level is relatively low. And the current quality management system of Luobang Biological Pesticide Company still has obvious shortcomings in the implementation process. With the help of the paper The theory of total quality management, PDCA cycle model, six Sigma theory and DMAIC model put forward the following countermeasures for the improvement of quality management of pesticide products production project in Luopang Company: (1) optimizing equipment process, Improve the standard operation flow and other means; (2) from management to grass-roots staff, the whole staff should improve the consciousness of total quality management, (3) strengthen 5S management site, (4) strengthen the management of pesticide product production batch record, and (4) strengthen the management of pesticide product production batch record. (5) to establish a stable and effective production management system, to improve the comprehensive management ability of the management team, and to reduce the complaints of consumers; (6) to construct a scientific quality system. The countermeasures put forward in this paper have certain application value to improve the product quality of Lopan Company and to improve the market competition ability of Lobang Company.
