-I- 中文摘要 近年来,金融行业监管力度不断增大,监管部门对金融市场乱象进行专项整 治。越来越多的银行因没有合理控制运营操作风险而频频曝出风险案件,已经引 起银行业的重视。 H 银行成立于 2007 年,是地方城市商业银行,由于成立时间晚,员工操作经 验不足,风险意识低,在运营管理过程中还存在较多隐患。本文从相关基础理论 出发,结合操作风险相关知识,得出运营操作风险的定义,并根据其特点进行分 类。随后针对 H 银行当前运营操作风险管理的情况进行分析,得出所存在的问题 及成因,运用 SWOT 进行分析得出管理建议,并结合国内外商业银行运营操作风 险管理经验,最终提出解决 H 银行运营操作风险管理问题的对策和建议。 关键词:H 银行;运营操作风险;风险管理黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 -II- Abstact In recent years, the supervision of the financial industry has been increasing, and the financial market disorder has been specially rectified by the regulatory authorities. More and more banks have frequently exposed risk cases because of the lack of reasonable control of operational risk, which has attracted the attention of the banking industry. H Bank was established in 2007 and is a local city commercial bank. Due to the late establishment time, insufficient staff experience and low risk awareness, there are still many hidden dangers in the operation and management process. Based on the basic theory and the knowledge of operational risk, this paper draws the definition of operational risk and classifies it according to its characteristics. Then, based on the analysis of the current operational risk management of Bank H, the existing problems and causes were obtained, and SWOT was used to analyze and obtain management recommendations, and combined with domestic and foreign commercial banks 'operational risk management experience, Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the risk management problem of H bank operation are put forward.
