在当今的供应链库存管理模式中，供应商管理库存模式十分先进，由于其自 身及时响应的功能和高效的物料流动性，使整条供应链的经营成本都得到了减少， 也降低了供应链运转的时间，所以在最近几年中得到了迅速发展。 本论文旨在分析宁波固安力公司库存管理存在的问题并设计其优化方案。在 研究现如今宁波固安力公司库存管理状况的基础上，来探究宁波固安力公司和供 应商合作、库存管理体系方面的缺陷，以及宁波固安力公司库存管理信息系统中 的问题，比如标准化方面、信息化方面和集成化方面等。然后，基于供应商管理 库存理论的指导，以减少库存代价、提高供货速度作为目的，以仓库科学布局、 协同式供应链库存管理的运用、出入库制度的完善、信息体系的优化以及挑选供 应商体系等视角入手，整体完善库存管理计划，进而推动宁波固安力公司库存管 理方面的进步以及提高其管理供应链的水平。 本论文意义在于通过研究提高了宁波固安力公司库存管理和供应链管理水 平，同时也为其他公司优化库存管理提供了参考，具有一定的实用价值。 关键词：宁波固安力，库存管理，优化兰州大学硕士学位论文 宁波固安力公司库存管理优化研究 II OPTIMIZATION RESEARCH ON INVENTORY MANAGEMENT OF NINGBO GOANWIN COMPANY Abstract In today's supply chain inventory management model, the supplier managed inventory model is very advanced. Due to its timely response function and efficient material flow, the operating costs of the whole supply chain and the operation time of the supply chain have been reduced, which has achieved rapid development in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to study the defects of the inventory management of Ningbo Goanwin company and targeted arrangements to solve the measures. Based on the research of the inventory management status of Ningbo Goanwin company, we will explore the defects of Ningbo Goanwin's cooperation system with suppliers and the inventory management system, as well as the issue of the inventory management model of Ningbo Goanwin company, such as standardization, informatization, integration and so on. After that, according to the theory of supplier management inventory, the paper aims to reduce inventory cost and increase supply speed, with the scientific arrangement of warehouse, the use of collaborative supply chain inventory management, the improvement of warehouse entry and exit system，the optimization of information system and the selection of supplier system. From the same perspective, we will publish an overall inventory management plan to promote the progress of Ningbo Goanwin company inventory management and improve the level of its management supply chain. The theoretical results of this paper can not only enhance the inventory management and the supply chain management ability of Ningbo Goanwin company, but also give some inspiration to other companies to improve their inventory management, which has considerable practical significance.
