HUA通信公司成品库存管理当前面临很多问题:区域库存部分,产品编码过多、
标准化低,时常出现大量设备压库或者缺货的情况、运作效率低即使有囤货也无法快速
发出等问题;压库库存部分,是由客户不收导致的大量办事处库存和闲置在客户仓的库
存构成,这部分库存核心问题是数量特别庞大,不能用于运营商网络建设的需求的闲置
资源;如何去解决较为严重的区域库存与压库库存的问题,本文通过传统库存管理理论
以及供应链环境下的库存管理理论在这些问题上的应用及适用性的探讨跟研究,结合实
际业务,最终梳理出分别用于解决区域库存与压库库存问题的优化方案。通过这些优化
有效的改善HUA公司的库存问题:降低库存数量、提高库存周转率、提升运作效率、
减小实物风险、增加竞争能力,兼顾公司运营及客户满意度,达到双赢。同时,在提高
HUA通信公司的库存管理水平做的有益探讨和尝试之外,也为通信行业及类似生产行业
的供应链库存管理的优化提供一种模式与参考。

Abstract
Abstract
The development of the communications industry has entered into a stable period. In
2012,the communications industry carrier investment scale without previous large-scale
sustained growth momentum. The total amount of investment of the operation business this
year keep basic flat with last year. Communications industry competition is intense,and profit
is in abnormal low condition. At the end of September 2012,ZTE communications issued
financial report: low margin by such negative factors, ZTE lost 1.7 billion yuan in the first
three quarters,祖id drop 259.14% compared with the same period. The telecommunications
industry has not previously at all costs to pursue the pattern size but ignore profits era. Supply
chain management is one of the most effective measures for cost control, and the inventory
management is the priority among priorities of supply chain management.
The inventory management of HUA communication company currently faces a lot of
problems: in regional inventory part, such as too much product code, low standardization, a
large number of equipment to overstock or out of stock, low operation efficiency even unable
to quickly send stockpile problems; in pressure inventory part, there are two components,
large ofBce stock caused by customer refusing and idle stock in the customer warehouse. The
massive huge number is the key problem of this part of inventory, which caused the idle
resources can't be used for the demand of carrier constructing the network. This article
eventually proposed the optimization scheme respectively for regional inventory and
overstocks combined with the actual business through the inventory management theory and
the study of application and applicability of inventory management under the supply chain
environment. The optimization effectively improved the HUA company's inventory problems:
to reduce inventory amount, improve the rate of inventory turnover, improve operational
efficiency,reduce the real risk,increase competitiveness, and satisfy both business and
customer to achieve a win-win situation. Therefore, the article did the useful exploration and
tries to improve the HUA communication company's inventory management level,also
provides a model and reference for the communications industry and similar production
industry supply chain inventory management optimization.
