摘要
大型客机制造行业,从产品的概念提出、设计、制造到最终的交付、适
航取证、运营的整个过程具有知识密集性、技术密集性和资本密集性三大特
点,属于典型的高技术、高附加值、高风险产业;同时,在进入21世纪以来,
降低制造成本、提高飞机质量和苛刻的交付周期等多重指标成为航空制造企
业制胜的法宝。产品复杂性与研制经济性决定了大型客机的制造商普遍采用
“主制造商-供应商”模式。“主制造商-供应商”模式中,主制造商一般承
担产用户需求分析、协同设计、总装制造、系统调试、适航取证工作;供应
商一般承担协同设计、原材料采购、加工制造、测试试验、交付主制造商等
工作。如何在“主制造商-供应商”结构下充分发挥协同优势,避免制造过程
失控是大型客机产品的质量保证,也是型号成功的关键
该论文以中国商飞及其供应商哈飞在C919项目的制造过程为例研究和
分析了中国商飞对供应商制造过程及供应商现场质量管理活动,运用了文献
研究、调查研究、数据分析、博弈理论、六西格玛管理等方法。在民机制造
业,从普遍采用的“主-供”模式角度,分析了本文研究的背景和意义。在供
应商管理与质量管理两个研究领域,分别从国内和国外两个角度分析总结了
供应链中供应商管理的模式和方法与质量控制的理论和方法,明确了本文的
研究内容为供应商管理与质量管理交集区域。在现状分析部分,通过对比分
析,介绍了民机制造领域波音与空客公司的供应商管理模式和制造现场质量
控制方法。同时介绍了中国商飞及其供应商哈飞管理模式和供应商哈飞制造
过程质量管理现状,并从供应商管理模式、制造过程质量控制等角度分析了
制造过程中出现的问题及问题产生的原因,为中国商飞供应商质量管理模式
和方法分析、研究的展开奠定实践基础。在国内外文献研究的理论基础之上,
以及波音与空客等行业巨擘的先进经验,使用博弈理论模型论证了标准管理
与目标管理结合使用的有效性,并设定供应商输入目标,形成管理模型。并
提出相应的确保输入目标有效执行构建的供应商哈飞内部质量循环及内部流
程的优化设计。确保新管理模式具有针对性和实操性。第四部分,结合实际,
供应商哈飞在目标执行过程中可能面临的问题制定出合理的应对建议和保障
措施,为后续工作提供现实指导

Abstract
All the processes of big airliner manufacturing industry, including the
proposition of concept of the product, design, manufacturing, final delivery,
certification of airworthiness and operative, have characteristics of
knowledge-intensiveness, technology-intensiveness and capital-intensiveness.
The processes have the essence of high-tech, high added value and high risks.
Meanwhile after the entry of twenty-first century, multiple rules, such as
lowering costs, improving quality of product and rigorous delivery period have
become the key to success. All the main manufacturer choose the operative
model-“main manufacturer-suppliers” because of the complexity of products and
the economical of development of products. In the model, main manufacturer
takes the responsibility of: analysis of customers’ needs, co-designing, assembly,
system development and certification of airworthiness; co-designing, purchasing
of raw materials, processing, testing, delivering are jobs of suppliers. Within the
model structure, how to take the advantage of main manufacturer and suppliers
cooperation, and how to avoid the weakness of losing control of processes
because of long supply chain, are the assurance of quality of airliner, at the same
time, key aspect of success of project.
The paper focus on the manufacturing process of COMAC and its supplier
HAFEI, during the project of C919. The paper research and discuss the model of
how COMAC control its suppliers and the method of how supplier control own
manufacturing process, using tools such as: operational study, observation
experiment, statistical analysis, game theory and six sigma. Almostevery main
manufacturer in the industry of aircraft choose the model main
manufacturer-supplier. Under this background the author explain the
significance of the artical. Among two studying field of supplier management
and quality the article searches, studies, analyses and summarizes the research
results at home and abroad. At the same time, the central part of article focuses
on the field of combination of supplier management and quality management. In
the situation analysis part, this artical describes the model and method of Boeing
and Airbus, who represent the top level of aircraft manufacturing, through。
