摘要

自上世纪末以来,伴随着房地产行业的蓬勃发展,我国电梯业也进入了快速发展时

期,电梯产能及销量呈现数量级增长,产业链分工更加趋于细化,供应链在电梯企业发

展过程中,起到越来越关键性的作用,很多电梯都是直接由供应商工厂生产后发往工地

直接组装,对于广大电梯整梯厂而言,供应商质量水平就代表着电梯企业的质量水平,

供应商的质量水平及竞争力提高越来越成为企业的核心竞争力。因此提高供应商质量水

平,减少前线投诉反馈率,偷悦客户并最终为客户提供最舒服的乘坐体验,就成为K公

司的首要目标。

本文以质量管理理论,质量管理体系,供应商质量管理理论和体系,及诸如IS09001

/TS16949及KPPAP,SPC, CTQ, SD等相关质量管理工具为基础,结合汽车、电子等其他行

业的供应商质量管理体系的应用状况,立足于电梯行业产品特点并充分结合K电梯公司

现状,着重分析并阐述电梯行业的供应商管理体系的重要性,并期望找到适合电梯企业

应用的供应商质量管理体系与工具。K公司系一家享誉全球的知名企业,其无机房马达

技术带来了电梯业的革命性创新,引领了整个电梯行业的发展,在国内电梯业界享有很

高的声誉和知名度,但是伴随着激烈的竞争,原先的供应商质量管理体系,供应商质量

管理方式逐渐不能有效满足企业当下的发展状况。为此,本文首先介绍了K公司基本概

况,同时描述了 K公司供应商质量管理的目标及现状,通过研究企业面临的主要问题,

结合供应商质量管理理论,详细分析各个问题点的原因,在借鉴了汽车及电子行业的质

量管理体系的基础上,提出有针对性的改革方向、对策和方法论。最后通过三个章节的

论述,对于新供应商的开发过程,供应商的发展优化以及新产品开发过程等方面进行改

善,以期提升供应商质量管理水平,最终提高K企业的市场竞争力。

Supplier Quality Management of K Elevator Company

Abstract

Since the end of last century, along with the vigorous development of the real estate industry,

the elevator industry in our country has entered the fast development period with the

enterprise scale and capacity of fast magnitude growth, the enterprise division of labor is

becoming more and more refined, with the development of elevator company, the supply

chain plays a more and more crucial role, as most of elevator products are directly from the c

supplier factory to front line site assembly directly. To the vast number of customers directly,

supplier quality level represents the elevator's quality level of the enterprise, the supplier's

quality level of ascension and optimizing supplier competitiveness increasingly become the

enterprise core competitiveness. Thus to improve the level of supplier quality,reduce the

complaint rate at the front line, and ultimately to provide customers with the most

comfortable experience, became the priority target of the company K.

Based on the theory of quality management, quality management system and supplier quality

management theory and system, such as IS09001 / TS16949,FMEA, PPAP, SPC, CTQ,CP

and other related quality management tools, combining with other industries such as

automobile, electronic application status of supplier quality management system, at the same

time, based on K elevator company status and fully combined with the characteristics of

elevator industry products, emphatically analyzed the importance of elevator industry supplier

management system, suitable application of supplier quality management tools. K company is

a famous enterprise of the world's most prestigious, machine-room-less motor technology

brings the industry of elevator revolutionary innovation, leading the development of the

whole of the elevator industry, in the domestic elevator industry enjoys a high reputation and

popularity, but along with intense competition,the original supplier quality management

system and methods can't adapt to the development of the enterprise more and more. This

article first introduces the general situation of K company, at the same time, emphatically

describes the K company supplier quality management objectives and the status, by research

the main point of quality problems of K enterprises, combining with the level of supplier

quality management research to find out the main problem points and analyze the root cause

of each problem in detail, in reference to the auto industry on the basis of the quality

management system, put forward the direction of reform for the targeted, countermeasures

and methodology. Finally through three chapters, this paper focuses on the development

process of new suppliers, the development of the existing supplier optimization and new

product development process, in order to enhance the level of supplier quality management,

improve the market competitiveness of K enterprise ultimately.
