摘 要
美国对于企业文化的研究具有一定的历史背景,在当时日本的经济取得了高度的发
展,一度赶超美国成为世界上一大经济强国。日本国家的崛起在一定程度上激发了美国
学者想要学习日本经验的决心,并从日本企业的经营管理模式中总结归纳出了企业文化
这一概念。虽然我国目前企业文化建设的经验不足,但是其所发挥出的效益是大家有目
共睹的。一、企业员工的个人价值的实现需要借助企业的力量。而员工越是能够胜任这
份工作,他的成就感与归属感就越强。一个优秀的企业员工往往都具备着高度的责任感
和使命感,能够视企业责任为己任,积极主动的揽起任务。二、企业文化能够增强企业
员工的凝聚力,这一凝聚力具体表现在企业员工虽然来自五湖四海,但是它们共同奋斗
的目标具有高度一致性,都是为了不断追求个人的价值。三、通过打造优秀的企业文化
的建设,能够让企业员工充分认识到自己在企业当中的价值,使其更加自信的工作。一
个优秀的企业所对应的企业员工也是同样非常优秀的,而公司的优越性又能够从正面激
励员工更加努力地奋斗,实现个人价值与社会价值的统一
针对SD电力企业的目前发展的现状本文进行了调查和研究,并总结出了一定的结
论。论文内容主要分成了四个层次。第一个层次着重强调了企业文化建设对于一个企业
来说具有不可替代性和独一无二性。它是一个企业所特有的标识。第二个层次则指出了
我国目前像SD电力企业这种地方性电力公司的企业群发展现状,对于所暴露出来的问
题也进行了深入的探讨研究。第三个层次则是进行实地研究,通过向企业员工发放调查
问卷的形式了解企业员工对企业文化这一概念的领悟程度,从而形成对于企业文化建设
的总体框架。第四个层次即将理论与实践相集合,辩证的认识企业文化,将理论运用于
实际情况中,切实发挥出企业文化建设的价值。积极探索企业文化建设的新思路,积极
投入大量的人力物力于企业文化的建设中,使其能够充分顺应社会主义市场经济的发
展,使企业能够不断扩大经济优势

Abstract
The study of corporate culture in the United States has a certain historical background, at
that time Japan's economy has made a high degree of development, once overtaking the
United States to become a major economic power in the world. To some extent, the rise of
Japan has stimulated the determination of American scholars to learn Japanese experience,
and summed up the concept of corporate culture from the management model of Japanese
enterprises. Although China's current corporate culture construction experience is
insufficient, but its benefits are obvious to all. First, the realization of personal value of
employees needs the power of enterprises. The more competent the employee is, the stronger
his sense of achievement and belonging. An excellent enterprise staff often have a high sense
of responsibility and mission, can regard corporate responsibility as their own
responsibility, actively take up the task. 2. Corporate culture can enhance the cohesion of
employees. This cohesion is manifested in the fact that although employees come from all
over the world, their common goals are highly consistent, all for the purpose of constantly
pursuing personal values. 3. By building an excellent corporate culture, employees can be
fully aware of their own value in the enterprise, so that they can work more confidently. An
excellent enterprise corresponds to the enterprise staff is also very good, and the superiority
of the company can encourage employees to work harder from the positive, to achieve the
unity of personal value and social value.
This paper investigates and studies the current development of SD enterprises, and
summarizes some conclusions. The contents of the thesis are mainly divided into four levels.
The first level emphasizes that the construction of corporate culture is irreplaceable and
unique for an enterprise. It is a unique logo of an enterprise. The second level points out the
current situation of the development of enterprises like SD enterprises in China, and makes a
thorough study of the problems exposed. The third level is to conduct field research, through
the form of questionnaires sent to employees to understand the understanding of the concept
of corporate culture, thus forming the overall framework for corporate culture construction.
The fourth level is the combination of theory and practice, a dialectical understanding of

corporate culture, the application of theory to the actual situation, and give full play to the
value of corporate culture construction. We should actively explore new ideas for the
construction of enterprise culture and actively invest a large number of manpower and
material resources in the construction of enterprise culture so as to make it fully adapt to the
development of socialist market economy and enable enterprises to constantly expand their
economic advantages.
