摘要
随着时代背景的转变和市场经济建设的快速发展,越来越多的企业开始意识到企业
文化对于企业自身发展的重要性,并开始更多地关注企业文化的建设。在“互联网+”
的大背景下,企业文化建设涉及内容进一步增多,且与企业的自身特性有着很大的联系

为分析 “互联网+”背景下电网企业文化建设问题,从该背景下企业文化建设的问题及
电网企业文化建设研究现状入手,研究互联网思维、电网企业文化主要要素、企业文化
建设水平的测量模型与方法,改善应用丹尼森组织文化模型,并运用改进后的模型对目
标电网企业文化建设水平进行诊断分析。所涉及到的研究内容主要有以下几点:
首先,为了解企业文化的理论知识,在阐述电网企业文化建设背景与“互联网+”
背景下电网企业文化当前研究现状后,以企业文化研究的起源为切入点,对其定义及组
成要素展开分析,讨论电网企业文化主要特征要素以及企业文化建设水平的测量理论与
方法,并在确定所采用的测量模型后,对丹尼森组织文化模型的内涵和运用方法予以分

其次,针对“互联网+”背景下的电网企业文化的评价,讨论互联网思维、“互联
网+”电网企业文化的特征,在分析诊断分析与问卷分析的若干原则之后,建立经改善
的“互联网+”电网企业文化的丹尼森组织文化模型。进而以 X 电力公司为诊断对象阐
述其企业文化内容,将改善后的丹尼森组织文化模型进行实践运用,得到 X 电力公司
在使命、一致性、参与性与适应性四个维度的百分比分数,且在此基础上分析该企业文
化建设在稳定性、灵活性、外部关注和内部关注等四个方面的特征

最后,针对当前背景下 X 电力公司企业文化发展策略的改进,从完善企业对外制
度和健全企业对外策略上分别提出多项建议,并就其建设原则及发展长效机制的建立进
行多方面的讨论

Abstract
With the transformation of the times and the rapid development of the market economy,
more and more enterprises began to realize the importance of corporate culture to the
enterprise itself, and pay more attention to its corporate culture. In the context of Internet +,
the construction of corporate culture involves more, which has a great connection with the
enterprise&39;s own characteristics. Start with the analysis of the problem of corporate culture
construction in the context and the research status of grid enterprises, this paper analyzed and
studied the Internet thinking, measurement model of the construction level enterprise culture,
and diagnosed the level of cultural construction of the target grid enterprise. In this paper, the
main research contents as follows:
First of all, after describing the background of corporate culture construction, and the
current research status of grid enterprise culture under the background of Internet +, in
order to understand the theoretical knowledge of corporate culture, this paper took the origin
of corporate culture research as the starting point, analyzed its constituent elements and
culture of grid enterprise, and discussed the measurement theory and method of enterprise
culture construction level. After determining of the measurement model, the use of Dennison
organizational culture model and the connotation of it had been analyzed.
Secondly, this paper discussed the Internet thinking and its characteristics for the
evaluation of the grid culture under the background of Internet +. After analyzing the
principles of diagnostic analysis and questionnaire analysis, and construction status of the
diagnostic object(X Electricity Company), the improved Denison organizational culture
model of “Internet +” grid enterprise culture been established, selected and practiced. The
percentage of the four dimensions of mission, consistency, participation and adaptability of X
Electricity Company been obtained. On this basis, the characteristics of the four aspects of
the construction of the enterprise culture in stability, flexibility, external attention and internal
attention been analyzed, either.
Finally, according to the improvement of X Electricity Company&39;s corporate culture
development strategy in the background, this paper put forward a number of suggestions on
perfecting the external system and perfecting the enterprise&39;s foreign strategy respectively,iv
and analyzed its construction principle and long-term development mechanism in diverse
aspects.
