本论文从国家电网公司文化战略发展的要求、先进单位典型经验分析出发,
对昌吉供电公司企业文化落地实践的现状进行了盘点,在理论研究、深度访谈、
问卷调查等基础上进行了问题剖析、原因分析,由此提出了解决问题的思路和建
议
首先,针对昌吉供电公司企业文化落地实践存在各基层单位间发展不均衡问
题,由此产生工作效率、经营效益的不均衡或状态不佳现象,阐述了强化“短板”
管理、均衡开展企业文化落地实践的重要意义
其次,就基层单位对企业文化落地实践理解存在误区现象进行了解读,并对
这种现象带来的后果进行探究和分析,化解操作层与管理层之间的矛盾冲突,畅
通文化落地实践路径
再次,针对人数占比越来越多的新员工企业文化认同感不足的问题进行原因
分析,丰富企业文化落地实践载体,采取更具针对性的落地方式
最后,结合国网昌吉供电公司内外形势、实践调查,就目前公司企业文化落
地实践过程中遭遇的瓶颈问题进行分析,提出了相应的解决措施,并对企业文化
落地实践的再提升、再优化,进一步强化企业文化的实践效果,凸显企业文化对
企业发展的促进作用

ABSTRACT
In the face of heavy safety and stability pressure, fierce competition in the
electricity market, difficult electric power system reform, and further promote the
two changes, the company to continue to maintain a good momentum of

However, with the expansion of social recruitment, the sale of electricity side of the

Based on the development of the cultural strategy of the State Grid
Corporation and the practical situation of the corporate culture of Changji Power

summary, clear the purpose of this paper and significance, and then determine the
content and methods of research.
Secondly, according to the national grid company enterprise characteristics

Thirdly, combined with the internal and external situation of the company, the
