当前,我国经济进入新常态,产业结构优化调整加速,利率市场化和人
民币国际化进程加快,商业银行同业竞争更趋激烈,金融加速脱媒,监管更
趋严格,这些都给商业银行的发展带来了严峻挑战。另一方面,客户金融需
求加速升级,互联网金融等新型业态快速发展等也倒逼商业银行处在不得不
“创新”的发展阶段。面对内外部经营环境的深刻变化,大力提高产品创新
能力已成为我国商业银行发展的现实选择

在互联网金融迅猛发展、金融科技不断进步的背景下,信息技术不仅仅
成为银行业务经营与管理的基础,更成为银行金融产品创新的巨大推动力

研究如何利用信息技术促进产品创新,对提升商业银行的创新能力具有重要
意义

ABC 银行 SC 分行是国内一家国有大型商业银行的省级分支机构,近 3
年来 ABC 银行 SC 分行以信息技术为依托进行了多项金融产品创新,在对
公板块、零售板块、三农板块以及后台管理板块四个板块中总共完成了产品
创新项目 516 项,其中产品研发项目 219 项,产品推广项目 123 项,产品培
训项目 102 项,产品后评价项目 72 项,有力地推进了 SC 分行的金融产品创
新项目建设。但与同行业相比,SC 分行在利用信息技术进行产品创新方面
也存在不足,基于此,笔者选择将 ABC 银行 SC 分行利用信息技术进行金
融产品创新作为研究的主要问题

本文首先采用文献分析的研究方法,对创新,金融创新及金融产品创新
等相关概念和国内外研究现状进行了梳理。与此同时,笔者还分析了商业银
行金融产品创新现状,探讨了信息技术对商业银行金融产品创新的影响。在
此基础上,本文采用案例分析等方法,对 ABC 银行 SC 利用信息技术进行
产品创新的现状进行了分析,并从人力资本、组织体系、系统支持、技术、基于信息技术的 ABC 银行 SC 分行金融产品创新研究企业文化等方面提出了改进对策。本研究对于提升 ABC 银行 SC 分行利用
信息技术促进产品创新的能力具有一定的现实意义

本文的研究结论主要有:一是在当前的互联网金融盛行的时代,国内商
业银行的业务受到了一定的冲击,但这并不足以使银行走向衰落,反而是银
行的一种机遇,传统银行应当利用信息技术加快产品创新步伐,在改革的浪
潮中引领同行;二是通过以 ABC 银行 SC 分行为案例,对当前 SC 分行利用
信息技术进行金融产品创新的现状进行分析,发现当前 SC 分行利用信息技
术进行产品创新的力度仍不足,创新层次不高,缺乏创新推广体系以及评价
体系。三是提出了基于信息技术的 SC 分行金融产品创新的具体策略,为 SC
分行在提高金融产品创新速度、构建科学创新体系、创新产品服务等方面提
供了切实可行的策略

本文的局限主要体现在一是在研究成果上本文的研究仅是对信息技术
对商业银行金融产品创新的影响和作用进行了一般性论证、分析和描述,且
仅仅以 ABC 银行 SC 分行为例进行探讨,研究结果针对 SC 分行具有一定的
可行性,但对其他银行的适用性尚待考究;二是在研究方法上,笔者作为一
名硕士研究生,文章的数据资料也是根据自己工作岗位所寻找的,限于自己
的学术水平与能力有限,对新的研究方法和理论也没能全部掌握,在一定程
度上也影响本文的研究质量

At present, Chinese economy enters into the New Normal with the
acceleration of the adjustment of its industrial structure. Besides, competition
among banks is more intense with the marketization and the internalization of
RMB. Cross-border competition, the financial disintermediation as well as stiffer
regulation, have brought serious challenges to the development of commercial
Banks. Commercial banks are forced to “innovate” in their stage of development
under the upgrading of financial customers’ needs and the rapid development of
international finance. In the face of the profound change of the internal and
external operating environment, it has become a realistic choice for commercial
banks to improve its ability in product innovation.
With the rapid development of international finance and financial progress,
information technology has not only become the foundation of business operation
of banks, but becomes the big driving force of the innovation of bank financial
products.
It is significant to study information technology to improve commercial
banks’ ability in innovation
The SC branch of ABC bank is a domestic state-owned commercial bank at a
provincial level. For about three years, the SC branch of ABC bank, which is
based on information technology, has done many financial products innovation.
The public section, the retail sections, agriculture section and the backstage
management section are four sections which has finished product innovation
projects with a total of 516 items, including 219 product research and development
projects, 123 product promotion project items, 102 product training projects and
72 after-evaluation projects. All of these items have effectively promoted the SC
branch in the financial product innovation aspects. But compared with the same
industry, there still exist shortcomings of the SC branch in using technology forResearch on Financial Product Innovation of ABC Bank SC Branch Based on Information Technologyinnovation. Based on this, the author chose the SC branch of ABC bank via using
information technology as the main focus of research on financial product
innovation.
The present paper uses literature analysis as one method at the beginning. to
study about innovation, financial innovation and financial product innovation as
well as some relevant concepts and their achievements home and abroad. At the
same time, the author also analyzed the commercial banks’ financial products
innovation at present situation and discusses the information technology&39;s impacts
on the commercial banks’ financial products innovation. On this basis, this paper
adopted the methods of case analysis, to analyze the usage about the SC branch of
ABC bank’s information technology at the current situation. Also,the paper
from human capital, organizational system, system support, technology and
corporate culture angles to offer some improvement measures. This study
improves the SC branch of ABC bank’s usage of information technology of
product innovation ability, and has a certain practical significance.
Some main research conclusions of this paper are as follows. First, in the
current era of the International finance, domestic commercial banks’ businesses
have also been affected. However, it is not the heel of Achilles for those banks, it
is opportunities instead. Traditional banks should use information technology to
speed up the pace of product innovation, leading the peers in the wave of reform;
second, through the case of the SC branch of ABC bank, the present paper
analyzed the present situation of financial products innovation, and found that the
current use of information and technology in innovation is far from sufficiency.
Also, its innovation level is not high and lacks of an innovation promotion and
evaluation system. Third, it is based on the information technology concrete
strategy of SC branch in financial product innovation and help promoting financial
product innovation speed for SC branch, Building a scientific innovation system,
an innovation product service system, offering some feasible strategies.
Limitations of this article are as follows. First, for the achievements of the
paper, it only focused on influence of information technology on financial
products innovation of commercial banks, and the role of the general argument,
analysis and description. We also merely use the SC branch of ABC bank as an
example to discuss.AbstractThe results of the study on the SC branch of ABC bank has some certain
feasibilities and the applicability is yet to be fastidious for other commercial
banks; Second, For the methods adopted in the paper, it is based on the author’s
own jobs and experience.
The authors, as graduate students, chose data based on their experience.
Because of the limitation of the authors’ academic level and their immature use of
the research methods, the quality of the paper is, to some degree, heavily affected.
