本文从银行的角度出发,首先分析商业银行供应链金融服务的发展现状,供
应链金融服务的主要模式及以中国银行为例的供应链金融产品,然后对比分析线
上金融公司的供应链金融服务及产品,提出银行应结合信息化技术“取长补短”,
逐步从线下向线上供应链金融服务转移。接下来,本文引用中国银行的 2 个典型
供应链金融服务案例,一方面分析银行供应链金融服务面临的风险,另一方面分
析银行在线供应链金融的可行性,与此同时,运用企业战略分析法(PEST 分析
法、迈克尔

波特五力模型和 SWOT 分析法),对中国银行 YN 分行在线供应链金融
服务外部环境与内部条件,优势与劣势,机会与威胁进行全面分析,最后,提出
基于“互联网+”的银行供应链金融服务策略及框架

Abstract
In recent years, with large data, cloud computing and Internet technology such as
electronic commerce gradually mature, the Internet financial obtained a rapid
development, as the main force of Online financial companies such as the third-party
payment, electric business platform constantly innovate and develop supply chain
finance market, race to control from the traditional offline market, it’s a great
challenge for traditional Banks to develop supply-chain finance business in Internet +
era. According to the Forcast Network to predict, Supply Chain Financial market scale
in China has more than 10 trillion yuan, and it is expected to reach 20 trillion yuan in
2020. How to explore and innovate in the field of Supply Chain Finance, will become
one of the important direction of the commercial Banks to transformational change.
From the perspective of the bank, This article firstly analyzes the current
situation of the supply chain financial service development of commercial banks, the
main mode of supply chain financial services and the supply chain financial
products(taking the Bank of China’s supply chain financial products as an
example).Then compared with the supply chain financial services of online financial
companies, for example JINGDONG finance and ALI finance. It proposes
commercial bank should be combined with information technology, learn from
online financial company, and gradually transfer from the under-line to the online
supply chain financial services. Next, this paper refers to the two typical supply chain
financial services cases of Bank of China, on the one hand, analyzes the risks faced by
the banking supply chain financial services, on the other hand, analyzes the feasibility
of online supply chain finance. Meanwhile, using PEST analysis, Micheal.Porter’s
five forces and SWOT analysis, to analyze the external environment and internal
conditions, advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the online
supply chain financial services of Bank of China YN Branches. Finally puts forward
the banks based on Internet + Supply Chain Financial Service Strategy andAbstract
